Gite located below the owners' home (independent access by an external staircase). Living room-kitchen and lounge area (1 Rapido sofa bed for 2 people 140 x 190 cm) with access to the balcony, Wi-Fi connection, one bedroom (2 single beds 90 x 190 cm), bathroom (shower), separate WC. Sheets included. Sheltered balcony-terrace. Shared land (slightly sloping). Free shuttle 50 meters away. Private parking (2 spaces). Beautiful country house located at the entrance of the hamlet, with private parking. 3 km from Les Menuires link Val Thorens / Les 3 Vallées (free shuttle only in winter). Renovated cottage of good comfort. Covered balcony. Large sloping ground. Nice clear view on the valley. Ideally located between Les Menuires (3 km) and St Martin de Belleville (4 km), in the heart of the Belleville valley renowned for its international ski area. Perfect destination for a great skiing, sports or family rejuvenation holiday, at a low price!
