This is a great place to stay when visiting Knoxville. The communication before check in made everything run smoothly. The location is fantastic. You’re right in the heart of Knoxville, but given where the building is located it’s quiet and not at all crowded. There are restaurants right across the street and multiple coffee shops for your morning cup. Of course you could have a cup at home from the nicely stocked coffee bar should you wish. Rooms and amenities were all as advertised, everything was clean. The only thing I recommend the owners do is add a little bit more silverware. We only had snacks and breakfast at the condo, therefore it was t an issue for us. But not sure you could have dinner for five and be able to give everyone a full set of utensils. We’d stay here again in the future.
We stay here whenever we can when we go to Knoxville. The loft is very comfortable, and convenient for walking to Market Square and Old Town. It would be a long walk to campus so we drive there or take an Uber. It’s easy to check in and out of the loft and the owners are very responsive and nice.
Really enjoyed our stay - great location, very clean and comfortable. Loved looking out over the city at night. Lots of activities within walkable distance.
This loft is perfect for a stay in Knoxville. Great location, close to may restaurants, bars, etc. Also very walkable to UTK. The loft has everything you need, including parking (included) just a short block away. The unit is very quiet and clean. It has large windows and a great view of the sunrise making it very light and open inside. Beds are comfortable and bathroom good size and clean. Communication was top notch. A very enjoyable stay that I would recommend to others.
The property is exactly as described—spacious, clean, and stylish, right in the heart of town. It has a modern, chic vibe. I’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it.
The place was nice and clean. I would have enjoyed having instructions in the unit instead of always going to my phone ALL the time. Parking is another issue!! Parking in back would have been so helpful!!!!! Thanks for sharing your place!
