Welcome to Isla's Beach Oasis! This single-story beach house is on a quiet street in beautiful Jacksonville Beach, just 12 blocks from the ocean. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and offers a tranquil retreat with a stunning backyard oasis. Isla's Beach Oasis features two inviting living areas, complete with a pull-out sofa bed, ensuring ample space for both children and adults to unwind. The backyard is a haven, featuring a heated saltwater pool with a spacious lounge ledge, a charming fire pit, a gazebo for shaded outdoor dining, and a Smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for your dream vacation or extended stay. Isla's also provides everything you will need for a fun beach day; umbrella, chairs, rolling cooler, beach wagon, and towels provided - just bring your sunscreen and be ready to make memories.

DOG FRIENDLY:
We warmly welcome four-legged CANINE friends. No cats, please. ( They don't like the beach!)
There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines:
Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs
Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.
POOL HEATERS:
Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.

We had a very good stay at Isla's Beach Oasis. Plenty of space and close to Mayo Clinic.

This property is very clean and comfortable for three adults and could be easily good for four adults as far as sleeping arrangements. The extra room with the large tv worked out very well also. The tv in the front room is large and worked out well for someone wanting a different channel or movie. We have enjoyed this property several times - with our Mayo visits. Also, many good restaurants are close to this address; which we enjoyed.

We enjoyed this house very much . It is close to many restaurants and also close to Mayo Clinic; which is our reason for coming to Jacksonville. This house is convenient also with the walk-in shower. What a great property for a family gathering. It was nice to have the beach nearby but the backyard provided us with everything we needed. The house was very clean and comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed.

Beautiful home, super clean, nice amenities. Had everything we needed plus more. Two huge common areas, the garage has a ping pong table and plenty of beach gear. The hosts were super receptive and so so nice. But the highlight, THE POOL. Wow just wow. It was heated and so big. Also outside were plenty of lounge chairs, a table with TV for watching some football, bags, fire pit. Highly recommend! We’ll be back!

The home was warm and cozy with an amazing pool and backyard! Very clean home and in a quiet neighborhood which we loved. The house is located in a great location. 5 minute drive to JAX Beach, restaurants, shopping and an hour north on A1A to Amelia Island then a hour south on A1A to St Augustine. We enjoyed our stay and would come back. The management company Welcome Home made everything easy with check in and check out.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay. The backyard is great for hanging out. It’s a short drive to the beach, which we also enjoyed. It has a comfortable living room area for relaxing indoors. Family vacation

This rental was all that our family could’ve hoped for. The backyard was so amazing and the pictures did not do the inside justice. The host has thought of the everything! There were numerous pool/beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, wagon, as well as a kitchen that had much more than most rentals (including Kcups, baggies, olive oil, and so much more). We loved the trip and would definitely stay again!

This house was AWESOME! The house and the pool/back yard area were exactly as pictured. The pool is simply the best! The kitchen was fully stocked more than most VRBOs I have stayed in. The family all agreed we will definitely be going back.
