Condo was very clean, stylish and comfortable for 7 people. Easy Wal-Mart and Door Dash delivery. Nice distance from the elevators to the beach and set up. Parking for the first car was great, but the second car had to park across the street which was not a problem, short walk. However, the garage attendant was very rude about it and unloading. No hairdryer or crab crackers which I would suggest as standard items to stock. Easy access to pizza, minigolf, race track, donuts, Alvin's Island and Local Seafood Streamer. Easy take out options and quality food. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the large space for our family! Sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night, watching the waves crash was a perfect way.to begin & end the day.

The host was very responsive and easy to deal with. The condo is quite nice and well equipped. All the beds were comfortable. The view is spectacular and the condo feels quite large. As noted, the parking space is next to the elevator, and the owner supplies a folding wagon for hauling things from parking to the condo which is very helpful. The unit is on the top floor so no noise from above and you can see from the ocean and into town. The unit is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Nice patio furniture for sitting and sunning. I would highly recommend this unit and hope to stay here again myself. We were there for the month of February and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Perfect place for family.

Arrive right at check in time for smooth elevator ride. All amenities were great. The place was clean and quiet with great views. It is close to everything and right on the beach. It has everything you need and plenty of room. I would go back anytime.

This particular condo has been where we have had a family vacation for the last 5 years. The condo is very comfortable, clean, and accommodates our family to include seniors with limited mobility. The grounds surrounding condos are monitored for safety and the pool was cleaned daily. We will be returning to enjoy this condo next year!

Amazing corner view from the balcony. I loved watching the wind and the tides moving the water so far out into the ocean. Watching dolphins surface in the mornings is something my kids still talk about. We could also see the fireworks from Pier Park at one point.The owner reached out to let us know about a potential issue well before our stay was scheduled. They were very nice and easy to work with as well as being prompt to respond. The unit itself had everything we needed. It was clean, cool, and very much appreciated. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay ON the beach. And the indoor pool was huge plus for my smaller kids!!
