This place was just what we needed in terms of size and location. There were a few hiccups but the owners were very quick to respond and remedy things making our stay as smooth as possible. Would book again and would recommend to others.

Lovely location but a typical built in the 70’s condo with decor to match. Nothing impressive with the exception of the view. Pricey for a meh condo but again, you can’t beat the view!

We were disappointed to see this review. The condo was built in 2008. It is a well maintained and well-equipped condo. It is undergoing a renovation at the end of this year. And for sure the view from this condo is absolutely amazing!

The room was great, it was more about the property. There are three elevators with one being broken. That worked fine until there were no woking elevators. We were on the 23rd floor and had to walk all of the children down to the 1st floor. There were no signs nor communication about the elevator situation,

We are so sorry for the elevator situation. The HOA is working hard on the elevator repairs. Currently there are 2 working elevators with the 3rd under repair.

We loved the large space for our family! Sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night, watching the waves crash was a perfect way.to begin & end the day.

Condo was very clean, stylish and comfortable for 7 people. Easy Wal-Mart and Door Dash delivery. Nice distance from the elevators to the beach and set up. Parking for the first car was great, but the second car had to park across the street which was not a problem, short walk. However, the garage attendant was very rude about it and unloading. No hairdryer or crab crackers which I would suggest as standard items to stock. Easy access to pizza, minigolf, race track, donuts, Alvin's Island and Local Seafood Streamer. Easy take out options and quality food. Would definitely stay here again!

The host was very responsive and easy to deal with. The condo is quite nice and well equipped. All the beds were comfortable. The view is spectacular and the condo feels quite large. As noted, the parking space is next to the elevator, and the owner supplies a folding wagon for hauling things from parking to the condo which is very helpful. The unit is on the top floor so no noise from above and you can see from the ocean and into town. The unit is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Nice patio furniture for sitting and sunning. I would highly recommend this unit and hope to stay here again myself. We were there for the month of February and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Perfect place for family.

Arrive right at check in time for smooth elevator ride. All amenities were great. The place was clean and quiet with great views. It is close to everything and right on the beach. It has everything you need and plenty of room. I would go back anytime.
