A Slice of Heaven on the River in Capitola!!



This wonderful home in the quaint seaside town of Capitola will remind you of being in a small village in Italy. Brand new Queen bed in one bedroom and a super comfortable double in the 2nd bedroom. Brand new Murphy bed in the living room sleeps two.

It has a boat dock with (1 )Canoe (1)kayaks and (1) Paddle board to use at your leisure. Or you can Kick on the deck and look out onto the beautiful Soquel Creek and observe nature. The owners may sit on the boat dock at times for a very short time.
Wonder down to the beach and enjoy the surf and the sun.

BBQ on the deck and watch the ducks meander by as you sip a glass of wine from one of the local wineries. Or just relax and read your favorite book in the privacy of your secure deck.

The lush green surroundings are breathtaking. If you feel the desire for shopping or dining out, the downtown and Esplanade are only a two-minute river walk away.

Enjoy the food and entertainment at the world-famous Shadow Brooke Restaurant!

No matter what you choose to do it will all be within walking distance of your front door.

We provide 1 parking spaces in front of the garage, May be extra parking when available.

This is one of the special places in Capitola. It's an easy walk to the downtown area and beach but better still is the unit itself. You are right on the water and away from the noise and traffic. We, including (Molly) our golden retriever, were very happy with our five day stay. Sitting on the deck watching the river and talking to the people with their dogs strolling past was very relaxing. The unit was clean and modern with easy parking right in front. Over the years we have stayed in many places in the downtown area of Capitola and this one was for sure the best! We are already thinking about a return trip.

This is a beautiful property with great functionality and amenities. Climb aboard the boats for an exceptional experience!Right by downtown and walkable to beaches or the grocery store. And the host provided a really nice sampling of nearby activities.

The location of this gem was perfection! We loved the tranquil views, proximity to restaurants (shout out to Shadowbrook) and nightlife, access to beach and nearby Soquel for antique shopping. Would 10/10 stay here again!

This place is great - you can’t beat the location- walking distance to restaurants, the beach. It’s situated right on the river, so with kayaks available it’s a great place for kids. Nice big outside deck to just hang and chill. We come here every year after tax season to just clear our heads!! This is the second year we have stayed here, we love it and so do our dogs!!

this is my third time staying at this house. I love the house location, the view from the deck. It’s a very nice comfortable house. And pet friendly. Deck was great for meals, bottle of wine, reading, and enjoying watching the people and dogs walk by. View of the river was peaceful. TVs were good. Fireplace was great. Only a couple of minutes to walk to Capitola on the beach and great restaurants there.
