About this property

Awesome home in Labin

This traditional holiday home with pool, surrounded by vineyards, is located in the village of Marii, near the town of Rabac and its beautiful beaches. The house consists of a mezzanine floor, its own entrance and is separated from the neighbouring house by a wall. The interior consists of a kitchen-living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. At the inviting rear of the garden is the pool and barbecue, where you can prepare fish and meat dishes outdoors. The youngest members of the family will have lots of fun playing on the large plot with fruit trees. Marii is a small village with only a few houses on a road that runs through the village centre. During your stay, we recommend a visit to the town of Labin and its interesting old town centre with numerous art galleries and historical sights.
