We loved it here! Rich was very communicative and helpful. We especially loved the outside yard area. The hot tub was excellent and we enjoyed the outside fire. The grounds were lovely. Inside furniture was very comfortable and the beds were comfortable. Perfect for our family.

The house was fantastic for our family. The backyard had the children entertained, and it was close enough to walk to the beach. Although it was near a busy street, the house was quiet. I would definitely stay here again

The home was perfect for our family which included two children. They were entertained by the putting green, hot tub and play structure. And of course, they had the privilege of watching tv since they were on vacation. A bit of road noise from highway 1, but it was easy to ignore. The kitchen was fully out-fitted and there was nothing that seemed to be missing. The hot tub was very nice. We would definitely stay there again and feel comfortable in recommending.

Very well stocked Vrbo—had a great kitchen, beds were comfortable and yard was beautiful. Grill, hot tub and fire pit were great to use to enjoy the outdoors. Location is close to Hwy 1, so easy access to all the fun stuff in Monterey and Carmel. We didn’t travel with small children but this place had great amenities for kids as well. Wonderful stay!

This home was suberb! It was exactly as advertised. Very clean, updated, roomy, comfortable! Kitchen was well-appointed with utensils, dishes, pots, 2 coffee makers, etc. Open concept living with large bedrooms. We were delighted with the backyard/grill/Hot-tub area - so very enjoyable. Traffic on route 1 could be heard outside but ceased once inside the home. We couldn't have asked for a better place!

Ive received 4 star reviews only a handful of times over 15 years. All the rest have been 5 stars. Sorry I didn't meet your expectations. Maybe next time.
