The home was very comfortable and decorated beautifully. It is fully stocked with almost any small appliance or utensils you need. The pool, hot tub, grill, patio area is very well maintained and has a good amount of seating for a larger group. The host(s) were easily contacted with any questions we had and were more than accomodating for any requests. I would definitely recommend this home for anyone wanting to stay in Havasu City - close to many grocery stores, restaurants, and parks.

This property was a perfect family get away. Spacious comfortable rooms, sparkling pool, outdoor entertainment system! We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, and all of the added touches to make our stay comfortable. The game room was fun since it had AC especially because it was 110 degrees this week.

We were very happy with all the elements of the rental. Excellent location in a nice neighborhood, but close to downtown and close to a lovely park. Friendly and helpful neighbors. Very comfortable house with a great back yard. Strongly recommend this one to all travelers.

Havasu Perfection

The wife and I stayed at this incredible house for 2 months! The location is AMAZING being only 1/2 mile from McCulloch Blvd with great bars, food and shopping! The people in the community are fantastic as well! The house has an amazing covered porch with a BIG tv to enjoy with a firepit to keep you warm on cool evenings. The house had everything that we needed for the length of stay that we had! DEFINETLY worth rentng!

We decided to take a quick trip to Havasu and have some much needed family time. We found this adorable home that was absolutely perfect for our family. We had plenty of space and a backyard as well! In the evening, there is a nearbye park that was amazing! My 4 year old loved it! Especially the zip line! My husband to! Haha We will definitely be back! The home was clean, modern and I enjoyed the black and white decor. All the amenities were provided and our stay was very relaxing.

We are an Arizona-loving family! Reside is Flagstaff, Arizona and love to frequent Lake Havasu. The best of both worlds! We enjoy getting out on the lake in the summer months and enjoy visiting the London bridge and local Havasu restaurants, parks, and shops. Havasu is a wonderful winter getaway for us too!

Why they chose this property

This property is perfect for the family getaway. As we have children, we want to create a stay-cation for the entire family to enjoy! The local Cypress park is clean, beautiful, and just a walk away. Kids love the built in zip line and huge fields. Downtown Havasu is blocks away for entertaining both adults and kids! Be at the lake in 5 minutes with a quick easy drive to launch ramps.

The house is modern and spacious with comfortable rooms, entertainment areas, and even a game room! Newly added luxury pool!
