We thoroughly enjoyed the property. We felt like we were truly away and experiencing a luxurious stay. The heated pool and hot tub made for a perfect option for relaxing. I would love to stay at this property again in the future.

The owners are fantastic. Answered quickly and were accommodating as much as possible. The check in process for the other guests at the gate was ridiculous. Making one guest wait at the gate for 30 min. If we pay for a week it shouldn’t matter when someone shows up. If you have a lot of people, there are not enough bathrooms. Sharing one bath for upstairs for possibly 8 people is quite cramped. The yard people don’t have a lot of common sense. We were loading up our vehicle and they blew yard debris into it. the front gate male attendee with the dreads was rude to two of our guest and was completely unwarranted. Need to work on manners. Overall the stay was decent.

We stayed for 9 nights and there is so much space! There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs so if there are mobility issues, keep that in mind. The beds were comfortable.The pool being heated is such a perk that you get to enjoy. Our entire family loved being able to swim whenever we wanted. As a mom with three little kids, I appreciated the safety fence that was between the house and the pool. We enjoyed the game room on our off days and evenings so you are always entertained. The kitchen is also fully stocked. Keep in mind that if you are staying for an extended amount of time to buy your own garbage bags, coffee, shampoo/ conditioner, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods. Only two per item is given to you.When we went to Disney parks, we were within 15 minutes from all the parks. For Universal parks, we were about 30 minutes away. Getting in and out of the resort was very easy. The pool/ waterpark on the premise was also very welcoming and fun!Overall it was a great stay and we created so many memories that we will cherish forever.

The house was perfect for our family of 10. Our littles enjoyed the theme rooms. The space and amenities were awesome. We enjoyed the patio and the pool as well as the pool table and theater area in the garage! Working with Wendy was very easy! It was a great placed to stay!

The house was very nice - clean and had everything my family of 10 needed for a week's stay. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood amenities were awesome and the location was perfect - near restaurants, shopping and all of the Disney parks. I would for sure stay here again.

My husband and I stayed three nights here with our children and grandchildren. There were 10 of us in total. The house was clean and comfortable. It was a little dusty which is bad for my allergies, but overall, it was clean. The kids enjoyed the pool a lot and swam every afternoon after being at the parks. The beds were pretty hard in the downstairs rooms so if you have a hard time sleeping on firm mattresses, it could be an issue. Also it was pretty hot at night. I don’t think the AC in this home is large enough to keep up with the size. They do provide box fans for you to use. Additionally, the walls are pretty thin and there were nights that the neighbors were out in their pool after midnight being really loud. There isn’t anything the owner can really do about that, but just so you know that you can hear the neighbors if they’re outside late. The location is about a 15 min drive to the Disney World theme parks so that was nice. Overall, I would recommend this house for a quick stay. I know I listed some cons, but it’s just so you have a good understanding of the house. The pros really do outweigh the few negatives listed. I think we would also stay here again for a quick stay!
