Included in the rental: 1 private parking space in the building's garage, access to heated swimming pool, private ski locker, heated and ventilated, located just 30 meters from the cable car, in the ski lockers by Espace Vacances. It can accommodate up to 5 pairs of skis - ideal for a departure on the slopes with complete peace of mind! In the building: elevator and ski storage room. Non-smoking apartment and no pets allowed

The *Les Genêts* building is located in the Tracouet ski lift sector, in immediate proximity to ski slopes. 150 m from the cable car departure and 200m from the bakery. Funicular to reach the downstream part of the station at 150m.
