Amazing single family home that has been modernized. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths that could sleep 8 maximum. Nice yard. Stay in the College Area and enjoy all that San Diego has to offer. Less than 15 minutes driving distance to most attractions. Visit schools, see the attractions, and go to the beach. Stay here and relax in comfort with your family and friends. Off street parking and one driveway parking, central heating and air conditioning, cable, and internet. Walking distance to dining, shopping and more.

It was very accomodating to 4 ladies, we all had our own space and having individual sinks in all the bedrooms made it to where we werent fighting for the bathrooms to brush our teeth or hair. Would definitely book here again!

Provide information regarding the washer and dryer. Would like to have known about all the parking on the street. I missed the driveway the first time we went by because of the cars parked on the street. Overall very satisfied and owner was quick to respond to my questions and concerns.

The oven wad broke and waiting for a part so we could not use it. But we made due and we atleast could use the stove. Other than that everything was great and perfect for what we needed

The host was always very polite and friendly. Very quick to respond. Great price for the property. The house itself was very clean, no issues whatsoever with anything. We loved having our own little sink in the rooms. Our only issue was the neighborhood, we had a few people who were deciding to sleep across the street and scream at cars and curse God all night, which was wild. The strip mall across the street kept having the police show up all the time, so that was also fun. We never felt unsafe, it was just an adventure. We’d for sure stay here again. Fun times.

There are many food places and stores near by. No more that 20 minutes and an uber ride to anywhere else in the area. We were able to walk around the area with ease. Super clean home. Interesting layout with locks on all the doors including bedrooms. One bath by the living space was very small. I mention this cause my husband is a linebacker and couldn’t fit his shoulders in the space where the toilet is or maneuver well in the shower. lol. Top tier kitchen and amenities!!

The house was very clean, there are sinks in all the bedrooms which was a nice touch, bathrooms were also very clean, outside area was nice to hang out in the evening time with the fire place, grill and fire place had propane tanks filled. Was a nice tidy house with plenty of space! Absolutely would recommend!
