The 1st floor features an open floor plan with living and dining areas towards the front, a beautiful kitchen and family room to the rear, a pantry, a full bathroom, and laundry too! The kitchen has been remodeled with cabinetry, granite counters, stone backsplash, all new stainless steel appliances in November 2018, and flooring. The 2nd floor features a primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite, 2 & 3 bedrooms, and a 3rd bathroom. Outdoor shower, off-street parking for two cars, grill, and sleeps six comfortably. This prime location is only steps from the beach, boardwalk, and downtown Rehoboth Beach!
LOCATION: Downtown Rehoboth Beach, just one block from the boardwalk and beach!
PARKING: Off-street parking for two cars.
AMENITIES: Outdoor shower, gas grill, washer, dryer, and electronic keypad system for easy check-in and check-out.
THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package to guests. No pets and no smoking. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Amazing location and plenty of space

Family of 5, with young children. Great location for access to town/boardwalk/beach. House was clean, and had games/puzzles for kids. Recommend!

Love love love

A block from the Atlantic, 4 minute walk to the main drag on Rehoboth Ave, a quick drive everywhere else. The house was perfect for a family of 5, three nice bedrooms, 3 full baths and an outdoor shower. All the amenities are nice and the kitchen is brand new. Our second year in a row at this propert and highly recommend.one of our all time favorites.

Great location and comfortable home

Was looking for a place within walking distance with a toddler.. which isn’t far! This fit the bill and had all bedrooms on the same floor which is important to me. House was well stocked for cooking indoors and out. Only downside was the master bed mattress but I can’t say I remember having a great bed in a rental so par for the course!

Beautiful home in a spectacular location

4 minutes walk to Rehoboth Ave, 2 minute walk to the beach. The house was great, from the updated appliances, to the comfy beds and ample furniture. Easy enough to cook our own meals and stock the fridge as well as run down to the boardwalk or any number of restaurants for good eats. Loved it!
