Loved the location!!! On a great street and convenient to the metro. Beds a little uncomfortable but perfect for a few nights. Eric was very responsive to our needs.

Lovely apartment in a great location

This apartment is an excellent base to explore the city for a couple or 3 people. There are a ton of cafes nearby and the Luxembourg Gardens are just around the corner. Easy access to several Metro lines. Eric met us with the keys before our stay and was very kind and communicative. The apartment was clean and furnished with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Great stay in Paris

We had a lovely time at Eric’s place. Close to many metro lines and 25-30 walk to the Pantheon and the Louvre. Clean and tidy apartment with everything you need. Cute spiral staircase up to the third floor :) Lots of places to eat on the street and a two minute walk to the grocery store for essentials. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent property, superb host

We booked Eric's apartment after spending lots of time researching VRBO. Firstly, we were late to arrive (due to a delayed flight) and Eric kindly waited for us without complaint, and was so warm and friendly to show us the apartment. The apartment itself was perfect for 4 of us (2 adults / 2 teenagers) and had everything we needed for 4 nights. We were looking for a traditional parisian apartment with character and this was absolutely it. The location was on a bustling street with plenty of restaurants and a metro minutes away. Everything we could need was close, with the metro links to the rest of the city. A genuine gem of a place, with a genuine and warm host. highly recommended

Cool little place in a cool little neighborhood

Before we arrived I kept waiting for the host to give me more info and he was not very quick about getting in touch. I still hadn’t gotten clear directions about check in from him within 24 hours of our arrival and it was making me nervous. But when we met Eric, he was very kind and even waited on us when we ended up being about 25 minutes late to meet him at the apartment. The place was clean and there were no surprises inside, but 3 flights of stairs to lug our bags up. At least the stairs were a beautiful old spiral staircase. The neighborhood was great, lots of restaurants and close to 2 or 3 metro stops. I would stay again!

Un emplacement au cœur de Montparnasse

Appartement superbement situé au cœur de Montparnasse, ses théâtres, ses restos, ses commerces et deux entrées de métro à une centaine de mètre. Nous avons passé un bon moment dans cet appartement et la disponibilité d’Eric a rendu notre séjour agréable. Il a parfaitement répondu à nos demandes. Nous reviendrons.
