Communication with this host is nonexistent. We rented for 1 week, arrived last Saturday. Upon arrival we found the water heater in the garage had a leak which was flooding the garage floor and one of the bedrooms had a leak from the roof, the ceiling had visible water damage as well as the water actively leaking from the ceiling, we had to place coolers to catch the water so the floors would not flood. Messaged the host multiple times and no response, called VRBO customer service who could not get a response from the host either, their solution was to send an email and wait. Never heard back from anyone. House also had a roach problem. Would not recommend this host or property to anyone until these issues get resolved.

Following your departure, we replaced the water heater, and our AC technician repaired the AC leak that caused the ceiling stain, which is no longer leaking. Our professional pest control company treats the home inside and out on a routine schedule, though in Southwest Florida’s subtropical climate an occasional pest can still find its way in. We also provide an emergency phone line for urgent issues and have strengthened our message monitoring. We’d love to host you again and show you the improvements.

Nice quiet area, loved the pool, kitchen could use more items to cook with (although Blackstone was great to have), could have used more bath towels, pool towels and hand soap.

Great family trip!

This house is in a perfect location! Our family loved our time there during our family vacation week. My boys fished all week long and loved it. We enjoyed many days in the pool next to the canal. Very short drive to the beach and within close proximity to many attractions and delicious restaurants.

Great pool and house. Grill needs a good clean and new pans in kitchen but that’s it!

Cleanest gone we have ever been in. Tvs in almost every room, a paradise for parents with kids, great location close to more resturaunts than we could visit. We will rent again.
