Nice quiet area, loved the pool, kitchen could use more items to cook with (although Blackstone was great to have), could have used more bath towels, pool towels and hand soap.

Great family trip!

This house is in a perfect location! Our family loved our time there during our family vacation week. My boys fished all week long and loved it. We enjoyed many days in the pool next to the canal. Very short drive to the beach and within close proximity to many attractions and delicious restaurants.

Great pool and house. Grill needs a good clean and new pans in kitchen but that’s it!

The house was pretty clean minus the stovetop still having burnt spots from improper cleaning and dog hair outside in drainage at pool area and someone’s old cigarette butts still (probably still from previous review as stated). The house was nice and the view and pool were great. It fit well for 6 of us. The property management or “host” however is darn near nonexistent, the washer and dryer did not work so within our first 24 hours I contacted them. They said someone would be out next morning to replace them. Never happened. We stayed 5 nights. A multitude of messages were absolutely ignored. As previously stated by others there is still a German roach problem in the kitchen. We saw 4 throughout our stay. There are two combat roach baits behind the gaming units near kitchen. The master bath has some kind of tiny ant problem that as fast as you can clean they’re all over the next day. The cold water in the kitchen sink trickles out and zero cleaning supplies to even wipe down a counter top. All lights and ceiling fans in rooms work by remote when switch is on but half the remotes are broken, missing batteries and still don’t run the ceiling fans. Only one ceiling fan in the place worked but all lights do. The air hockey works by a light switch for power but it’s been severely depreciated by renters. For every 7 messages you may get one response. A week after checkout I finally got a partial refund. Shame cus it’s a decent house with very poor management. They don’t care.

Cleanest gone we have ever been in. Tvs in almost every room, a paradise for parents with kids, great location close to more resturaunts than we could visit. We will rent again.
