We have stayed at many properties and this is definitely one of the best, if not the best. The home felt very welcoming to people and canines. There were many, many thoughtful touches throughout the home. We also loved the view, which we enjoyed from both inside the home and on the front porch.

Overlook Nook is a gem in Spokane! My husband and I stayed there with our dogs while visiting our son at Gonzaga for Parent's Weekend and it was the best place we have stayed in town so far over the last two years. Quiet, so clean, thoughtfully designed, cozy, nice backyard, good parking, great view, we could have stayed for longer. Location is great, the Garland district has some fun restaurants and shops, and so close to downtown and the Gonzaga campus. We will definitely be coming back as well as looking at the other properties these owners manage. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our (month!) stay at the Nook! The property was adorable, pet-friendly, and has a great location! We greatly enjoyed the Spokane views out the front windows and while sitting on the front porch each day when the sun went down. The hosts were fantastic in communicating with us when needed. It was our first time to Spokane, and based on our stay at the Nook, it won’t be our last!

The Overlook Nook is a charming and inviting place to stay. Although our trip wasn’t for pleasure, coming “home” each day was relaxing and a much-needed respite after a trying couple of days. The cottage is beautifully appointed, with every detail thoughtfully considered to make for a lovely stay. It was also absolutely immaculate.

We had such a great stay at the overlook nook! We were impressed by how clean the property was and we absolutely loved the view from all the windows in the front. We also love the fenced yard for our dog and love being able to park in the back in a carport. The host is extremely communicative and everything went smoothly. Look forward to staying there again.
