About this property

This home is located in a great quiet neighborhood once part of a 500-acre farm. You are a quick 4-mile drive to Caldwell boat ramp. There is a historic graveyard on the property. The original family graves are in a small section of the yard tucked in a corner. If your a history buff you will love the fact that they date back to the mid 1700’s. This is a private home with a beautiful serene oasis offering complete relaxation and a nice reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the city.
**The home has three video cameras. One on the back porch, one at the front door, and one at the garage entrance. These are for security purposes.
**Due to weather the pool is NOT in use and is covered during the fall and winter months. October - April. During the summer months. The pool IS in use and to be enjoyed from Memorial Day to Labor Day depending on the weather.

Bachelorette Nashville Experience

Property was very clean, but the outlets didn't work in 2 out of the 4 bedrooms for the entire time we stayed there. Kind of inconvenient for must of us charging phones and other electronics either in the bathrooms or downstairs entirely. They responded quickly to messages on Vrbo regarding the issue, and said they would come to the property to check it out if we were ok with it. I told them that was fine. I never heard anymore. I don't think they came to the property because the issue wasn't resolved. A light would be nice by the pool. The alarm on the sliding door was excessive. The bride enjoyed her time here that is what mattered.

Great Nashville Home

We were staying for a travel softball tournament. The pool was nice for cooling off after a long day at the fields and the neighborhood was safe and nice. Close proximity to stores and a short drive to Broadway. The owner even came by and put a salt block out so there was deer every morning and evening.

Great Week Stay

We very much enjoyed our stay. We loved the closeness to the grocery store, ease of getting into Hendersonville and downtown Nashville. We enjoyed nights on the porch and dips in the pool at hot tub. We had so much fun playing ping pong and taking group photos with the fun ring light. We would definitely stay here again! Oh…and loved all the deer we saw nightly! So cool.

Beautiful home close to Nashville

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is beautiful and neighborhood was really nice. Close enough to Nashville for us adults one night, but a great spot for the whole family to relax and enjoy the pool and the back porch. Thank you for sharing your home!
