Detached holiday villa in a popular and quiet location in Denia and only 200 m to the fine sandy beach. Whether you only want to do with your partner or family vacation, here they can recover. Ideal for sun worshipers. From the beautiful roof terrace on the top floor has a great view and all day sun. In the evening you can enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine and unwind. Pure romance. You can relax in the private enclosed garden with hedges around the house. The highlight is an outside shower w / k. A covered patio provides a shady spot and another shelter. The villa can accommodate a total of 5 people on a total of 150 m² of living space. One double bedroom, a small single bedroom and bath top and a double bedroom with access to the shaded terrace and a bathroom downstairs. Open, american white kitchen and a separate dining area for 5 people. All windows are fitted with blinds (some electric). For the winter months, the villa with ceramic heaters, air conditioners w / k or economic gas fireplace can be heated.
Extras: There are two bicycles. A charcoal grill is also available as well as garden tables, chairs and sun loungers. For the car there is of course a carport on the property.

Ferienhaus in der Nähe von Denia

Es war ein schöner Urlaub in einem tollen Ferienhaus. Das Haus hat ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen mit ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten auf der Terrasse und vor und hinter dem Haus. Die Vermieter haben uns von Anfang an rundherum betreut. Der tolle Strand ist nur ca. 200 m entfernt. Diverse verschiedene Restaurants lassen sich auch problemlos zu Fuß erreichen. Die Stadt Denia ist sehr sehenswert. Auch ein Autokino gibt es in der Nähe. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und ist zu empfehlen. Ein Pool ist zwar nicht vorhanden aber dafür ist der Strand nur einige Minuten entfernt.

Perfect location for a wonderful stay in Denia

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la casa è super attrezzata, non manca niente, from a pin to an elephant! Vicinissima a una grande spiaggia, raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi, è situata in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla. Dispone di una terrazza da cui ammirare il tramonto e di un bel giardino con piante curate e spazi all'ombra.

Sehr schönes Haus in Strandnähe

Super Haus in Strandnähe (Sandstrand) und ruhiger Umgebung. 2 Min. zu Fuss zum Strand. Auto ist zu empfehlen, da die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuss zu weit sind. Sehr nette Vermieter, ein gelungener Urlaub.

Maravillosa villa.

Preciosa villa, no le falta detalle. Muy limpia y cerca de una playa limpia y tranquila. Hemos estado con dos perros, uno de ellos de las mal llamadas razas peligrosas, y no nos han puesto ningún problema, al contrario. Ralf es encantador y muy atento. Muy recomendable. Repetiremos.

Beautiful house, large and well equipped with all you will need for your vacation, and more. Quiet neighborhood, just 2 minute walk from clean sandy beach. Very professional hosts, all was great.

Wir hatten zwar die erste Woche nicht so schönes Wetter, doch dafür eine super saubere Unterkunft. Es war alles vorhanden und nutzbar. Die Begrüßung von Herrn Lübke war nett und herzlich 👍, ebenso die ganze vorherige Kommunikation. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben 😢 Vielleicht im kommenden Jahr wieder 🤔 Ganz herzlichen Dank an die nette Familie Lübke für die schönen Tage in Denia
