Great hunting trip

The cabin was clean and comfortable. Check in was seamless and the owner, Zita, was great to work with. It was perfect distance to a plethora of state game lands. We will hopefully make this a tradition and return every year!

Zita was very very nice. The cabin was very clean. Was there to great us when we arrived. Told us the history on the cabin. Already planning on renting the cabin in the spring and fall next year. Thank you for having us for our excursion.

Family trip looking for elk

Zita was down to meet us to say hello couldn’t be friendlier. Cabin was wonderful just enough room To all have your own space, but yet then be together. Very clean with a great place outdoors to relax. She had fire wood for a fire each night We love the place. Would recommend it as a great place to stay. Short troop to go see the elk and we saw lots of elk so it was a wonderful trip with my 86 and 85 year old parents. They enjoyed it highly and so did I wonderful memories were made there. Thanks for a great time

Cute and clean!

The owner was very responsive and helpful. Check in was easy. Cabin was very clean, lots of sleeping options. We lacked nothing. The only downside was the proximity to the road and other houses which the pictures didn’t show. However it is still a peaceful location. The kids loved the stream out back. The owner had a campfire all set up and ready although we didn’t end up using it. We would definitely come back again and recommend it to others!

Spotless and Well Appointed!

The owner met us as we were checking in and gave us a big welcome and tips. The place is extremely clean and well thought out for best use of space. One of the BEST showers we have had anywhere! And we have rented at many places. As others have said, it IS right along a busy main road and there is noise. Entering the cabin we smelled some musty odors. We were there at the end of September and the area had just had a significant amount of rain. The dehumidifier was running non-stop and we emptied it twice a day. The kitchen is basic and just enough. Wifi worked well and the entire cabin was well lit. Thank you!

The cabin was great for 2 people which we were. Zita the host and her sister Rita were the best. We had a great week saw plenty of Elk which was our main function. Also got to the Kinsua Bridge Skywalk for a day trip. I got too fish in the creek behind the cabin.

Couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay! Zita the host is great at getting back to you and super friendly. Some might say the proximity to the road is too close but it didn't bother us one bit. The cabin sits down over the bank away from the road. So cozy and inviting and super clean. Loved the fire pit! We recommend for couples wanting get away and relax and unwind! Will go back for sure.

The cabin was very clean and neat. What wasn’t so nice is that the cabin is right along a busy main road with a lot of heavy truck traffic.We enjoyed our stay and the cabin is great. Just wish it was more in the woods like the picture reflects.

It was a lovely little log cabin. It was quiet and peaceful. It was also close to the Elk vistor center. Very nice location. Zeta was a very nice helpful lady. Would defniately stay here again.

Zita was an amazing host !! The property was adorable with person attention to detail. You could tell it was an important part of her life.
