We really enjoyed our stay. The property is lovely and the location is perfect. We were expecting to be contacted within 48-24 hours of our arrival but this did not happen. We had to reach out and did not really know the arrangements until we arrived by train.

Nice place, great location

Great views of the city and canals. Great location. The unit was as described; however, the shower/shower head was terrible - they remodeled the bathroom and toilet room but left the old tub and shower - was not very functional at all. Had tons of pillowcases but missing mattress protectors and second sheet (goes between blanket/duvet and the sheet that covers the mattress. Thank you

Great location, parking is available right under the apartment building at a fee. The fee is reasonable and very convienent. We stayed for six nights and enjoyed every minute. Beds were a little small for my wife and I but there were two bedrooms which worked out perfect. The kitchen was well appointed and it was right in the heart of the old town. They have a large farmers market right out front every Tues. and Friday and another a mile away on Saturday. The building is very secure as well. A great place if you want the feel of old Annecy.

Excellent location and great kitchen balcony. If you’re looking for a place in old town Annecy that still feels private, this is a great 2 bedroom apartment. It’s right above all the shops/restaurants and still manages to be quiet for sleeping. We did have issues though.Check-in: poor communication, bad customer service. We were told to meet at the apartment building for a 4pm check-in. We had arrived early (due flight schedule) and were patiently waiting for 3 hours when we got a text 10 min before 4pm that they will not meet us there after all and that we had to walk to the HQ of the management company to pick up the keys….so we did… and when we got there, they didn’t even have the keys!! With more effective communication this could have been managed but that was not the case for us, though they did sort it out eventually.The other issue - it was very hot. We were hoping for FANS in the apartment, but there were none. Europe is having a heat wave of course. We bought 2 fans locally, and left them in the apartment for the next guests.
