The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
The check-out time is at 11 AM. We need time to get the house ready for our next guests, so please be considerate of check-out times
Please put anything back that you had moved ( remotes and board games, ETC) for the next guests to enjoy. For Any missing remotes, we will charge you for the replacement equipment
Please leave used towels, on the bed and leave the bedsheets on the floor near the laundry
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Check-in: After 4:00 PM Checkout: 11:00 AM Self check-in with keypad and keys. No loud music and noises after 11 pm.
Roof top Max 6 people! Hot Tub max 4 people at the time. *Read the Hot Tub Safety Rules. Penalty charge 1000 plus damage for break this rule

Super great location near Universal Studios in L.A.! This house has a lovely yard with fabulous rooftop deck great for watching the sunset. House was impeccably clean, and our request for extra linens was immediately fulfilled, we were so grateful! We made use of the washer and dryer and the full-size refrigerator. Overall this was a perfect place for our family of 4 to stay.
