Two blocks walk to a beautiful beach with fantastic sunsets. Surrounded by the lovely North Fork Wineries and Breweries and minutes away from Greenport Village marina, boutiques and restaurants.

The house is large and does accommodate a large group quit well. Taxi and Uber do make the location manageable if you are heading into town for a night out. The management is very responsive and professional.

Convenient location, multi bedroom

We were in town for a wedding with small children in tow- the house was perfectly located for us to get to wedding events in under 10 minutes but do be aware that it’s on a busy road. The house is set back so there wasn’t too much traffic noise, especially with the window AC units going. You could walk to the beach, but be aware that it’s down the busy road as someone else mentioned. It wasn’t luxurious, but everything was clean and comfortable. I appreciated that towels and linens were provided & the bathrooms were nice. The kitchen appliances (fridge, oven, outdoor grill) had some serious wear and tear but were useable. Southold and Greensport were very cute towns and we enjoyed the area a lot. Maria was an excellent communicator, even going above and beyond to find us childcare options.

Great stay

Great house that accommodated a lot of us. Maria was really easy to work with and was very responsive. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. Tip for future renters: The beach was a ten minute walk away but all on a very busy street, would be dangerous with little kids.
