Had a great trip! We live a couple of hours from the location and wanted to stay to experience the area. Very welcoming host, great amenities. The other guests in the building were very nice and welcoming. Loved the balcony and the proximity to the beach. Loved not having to deal with loud noises in the building during quiet hours. The unit is small but has everything you need. Thank you again!

Why they chose this property

Renting from a personal owner instead of a big condo company means "personal service"! Read the reviews!
I think my condo has the best location in the complex. Far enough away from the hub bub to be peaceful and quiet, but steps away from the observation deck where you can sit, enjoy a cool drink and the view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico with other guests. Condo is 375 sq ft.

What makes this property unique

PAG is the best of "Old Florida"! Our beach condos were a 1950's motor inn. Vintage inspired, yet with new amenities! The location can't be beat with anything that a traveler could want or need. Walk to shopping, deli, fishing pier,restaurants and pubs and the most beautiful beach ever! Very romantic setting. My condo comes complete with "day at the beach" amenities. A beach umbrella, cooler, beach chairs and beach towels. New air conditioning means complete comfort. Wifi and cable included!
