About the host
Hosted by Korey Ross
Born in NOLA, raised in ATL, and having lived in NYC for the past 7 years, I have returned to my college town and now have the luxury of living in beautiful Charleston with my partner Victoria, all while working remote.
We live adjacent to the unit. We are social, but also extremely respectful of noise and space. We do travel quite often, so if we are not in town, we will have a representative available for anything we would need to handle in person!

Why they chose this property
The first record of this house was in 1890. We have done absolutely everything we can to preserve and highlight all of the historic charm, while simultaneously updating with fun modern amenities. This decor of this house reflects that, with an eclectic mix of Victorian, mid century, and modern aesthetics.
This house is truly romantic. We were told when purchasing the home that at least 5 previous owners/tenants got married from living and meeting in the house.

What makes this property unique
This house is in a magic location. We are so lucky to own it. Here are some highlights:
- Centrally located
- Absolutely no flooding
- Quiet block, but SO close to the action
- A stone's throw away from some of the best restaurants, shops, and bars
- Easy access to the highway, which takes you across either bridge to Sullivan's Island or Folly beach
- A short walk to any attraction, whether MUSC, CofC, the museums, the Citadel, or (largest park downtown) Hampton Park
This is the absolute best location to walk anywhere in any direction downtown. It's also the best location to easily drive to the beach from downtown.
