Come stay at our renovated cottage just 15 minutes to downtown Asheville. Enjoy open floor plan for easy gathering with family and friends. Take a break from dining out by cooking in our well stocked kitchen with granite and stainless appliances. Enjoy our covered porch with electric fireplace and TV while sitting in our 7 person hot tub. Or, sit under the stars and watch fireflies around our firepit.
3 Bedrooms: King, King, & Queen room.

All this just 15 minutes from most of Asheville's hot spots such as downtown, Biltmore Estate. Rent together with Upper Firefly for larger gatherings for an additional 2 BR/1BA with hot tub.

I have been hosting vacation rentals since Nov. 2015 growing my business from one house to six and love it! My houses have been purchased specifically to Airbnb and have undergone renovations to create a space I hope guests will love.
I am the mother to three kiddos ages 18, 14 & 12. We are super active family who enjoy running, bike riding, hiking and any other outdoor play we can find. We live just "over the mountain" (3 miles by roads) from the houses so I am available to assist when necessary. I am also a Realtor in Asheville at Preferred Properties.

Why they chose this property

I bought this property due to easy access and proximity to downtown Asheville. The setting seemed ideal for a vacation rental. We own two house on this property to allow guests to book them together for larger groups.
