Nestled between two of the world's most beautiful beaches, this bay front retreat has it all! Enjoy captivating views from the kitchen, living and den space w/ huge sectional. Views continue as you step out on the screened lanai w/ room for all to gather & relax poolside. Need a warmer, invigorating quiet time? Stroll across the patio & find a privately located hot tub. Finally, wander down to the dock to fish, swim, connect w/ friends & family, or star gaze over the glassy waters of East Bay.

Disclosure - As stated in house rules, we have a ring camera outside the home for security purposes. There are no cameras indoors or by the pool area.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please start a load of used white towels with bleach and soap. Do NOT overload.
Sign out of any used TV apps
Message or text when you are checking out so I may notify housekeeping. $100 late checkout fee after 10am. If more than an hour late another $100 will be added. NO EVENTS or parties are permitted.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Events and gatherings must be pre-approved. Never block bikepath/sidewalk and do not park on grass. Must have permission to bring boat.
Cameras on property outdoors for security surveillance. Ring front door camera. Camera at garage entry.
Guests MUST rinse off prior to entering pool or hot tub. Absolutely NO FOOD or DRINKS in or near pool or hot tub. Hot tub cover MUST be kept closed.
