Completely renovated, the accommodation includes a large bedroom with a one extendable bed (90x190 or 180x190) and a living space and kitchenette at the entrance, fully equipped for 2 people (table, chairs, appliances, utensils). A bathroom with shower also fully equipped opens onto this same space.

You will find antique 50s furniture and accessories, supplemented with essential technical and ecological equipment. Each room has electrical outlets with USB and USB-C connector. Heating is regulated according to the load on the national electricity network.

In the bedroom the bed is a Tojo V bed 90x190 (1 person) extendable king size 180x190 (2 people) in multiplex beech without screws or fittings, paint or lacquer, height 20cm.

It is equipped with 2 firm mattresses 90x190 thickness 26cm (1 person) 13cm (2 people) in high resilience foam without harmful substances certified by Oeko-Tex Standard 100® and compliant with the CertiPUR standard.

Great spot for a short stay

Host was amazing and Wendy as well, who met me and checked me in. Location could not be better, one block up from moulin Rouge and metros nearby. Lively neighborhood with tons of great restaurants and bars. Place was smaller than it looked in photos, kitchen sitting area is almost not usable, that being said, it was comfy for a few nights. If you are looking for space or a couch, then this may not work, but If you are looking for a great location and friendly host, then it's awesome!

Jusqu'à son arrivée la communication avec Hannah s'est très bien déroulée. Pour ce qui est des photos, l'annonce indique la superficie totale de l'endroit afin de permettre d'évaluer avec précision. La relation avec Hannah s'est bien déroulée mais la porte de douche a été malheureusement endommagée, ce qui nous a obligé à faire faire une réparation. Nous avons écrit à Hannah à ce sujet mais pas de réponse. C'est dommage.

This is an excellent location, just 5 minutes uphill from the Blanche metro station which gets you around to all the attractions of Paris with minimal transfers (and minimal stairs). There are excellent restaurants just a short walk away. The studio is compact but laid out nicely. The bed is quite large but low to the ground (in case you have knee issues). The bathroom is tiny but has everything you need. There is a bit of noise when other tenants enter and exit the building but nothing too obnoxious. Overall, I would definitely stay here again! Eric was very helpful and an excellent host.

Montmartre is a very special parisian place where we live since 15 years. Our two shops are here and the place is like a small town in the big City.

What makes this property unique

Located in a private passage the property is super quiet but you are at 2’ of all the animation and all the shops and restaurants. Metro is at 5’ walk and you can even buy dinner in the street and have it quietly (and still hot !) in the place.
