Sit in the air-conditioned sunroom to take in the view or step onto the covered back porch under the powerful fans. From here, you can watch the family fish from the large rocks over the pond, catch a wildlife sighting, cook on the charcoal grill/smomker while the kiddos cool off in the 8' stock tank, adventure out into 'the lazy grass labyrinth', hike the vast paths or game trails or venture 5 miles away to Lake Sam Rayburn.
