Thanks for a wonderful, convenient and quiet place for a group of hikers to enjoy Canyonlands and Arches. It is perfectly located and is as advertised. Love the large back area with picnic table and yard. Beautiful views day and night. Highly recommend!!!

This house was nearly perfect in every way for our group on our trip to Moab. Plenty of beds in the bedrooms for the number of guests in the group. Nice,spacious, open floor plan in the living room and kitchen-dining area with enough seats for all. Super clean house inside and out. Well stocked kitchen. Laundry machines for use when needed were nice. Great fire pit area in the back patio for evening gathering.

This property was amazing.Great location for the Arches and Canyonlands as well as the hopping town of Moab. Very clean well stocked kitchen and a fire pit for cocktails or stories after a full day of exploring We hope to be back in the future.

Place and surroundings are gorgeous and fit our gathering of small families perfectly. Each room basically had its own bath (only 2 share a bathroom). The back yard was great with the kids and hanging out before/after our adventures for the day. Only wish there had been more dishwasher soap and trash bags, for the size group we had and the number of days we were there. Would still go back there next time we are in MOAB with a group.

Very lovely, well stocked, quiet property. Had a wonderful time. Plenty of parking. Great place to stay. This was our 2nd time staying & liked it just as much as the first time. Would recommend.

Great Place & Great Location

This house was very clean, well equipped and a perfect location as a base for Arches and Canyonlands. It is convenient to Moab, which is an interesting little town with plenty of restaurants. We had a minor issue with the AC but the host was very responsive. We highly recommend this property.

Staying at the Breccia house was amazing. Conveniently located close to downtown Moab, you can ride right from the property to many of the trails in the area. Tanna is a great host and is very accommodating and was very easy to work with. It is a beautiful house in an extremely picturesque setting. My friends and I would love to come back.

Fun in Moab

We enjoyed our family vacation in Moab and our stay at Breccia house. We liked the location, close enough to Moab and all the outdoor activities but far enough away to be quiet. The home was clean and well stocked with cooking utensils. We really liked the onsite playground for the kids.

Perfect for Families and great location

The house is large and roomy with plenty of beds and bathrooms. Great outdoor gathering area with a gas fire pit and gas grill. All was in good working condition. The views from the property was very nice. Good neighborhood.

Always great!

We've stayed here for years now! You will absolutely love the property and the location. It is a little outside town, but the peace and quiet along with the spectacular views around the outdoor fire pit are to die for! Kitchen is fully capable and the garage space is a bonus!

Breccia House

The house was exactly as advertised. It had a great fire put out back for evening hangs. The rooms were comfortable. They provide basic supplies in the kitchen which was really nice. A little out of town, the wrong way for parks, but nice and quiet.
