This newly renovated, bright penthouse apartment for 4 people is located in a beautiful and well-kept, small complex in the heart of the small fishing village of Cala Figuera. The upstairs (2nd Floor) has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room with dining area. Likewise, a new, large shower room and an additional guest toilet. The newly furnished kitchen completes the facility. German satellite TV and a BBQ grill are also available. Outside, in addition to the terrace with a dining table for 4 people, you will also find a huge roof terrace with a large sun and lounging area just for you. A fantastic view of the gentle hills at Alqueria Blanca, as well as a great sea view complete this area with its spacious area.
Enjoy the pool and then go to your own sun terrace, have a barbecue and watch the sun go down ... that's it.
