Lakefront, Fabulous View of Lower Herring Lake, Access to Lake Michigan Beach

Beautiful lake front house on Lower Herring Lake, looks north over the lake and boathouse deck. House overlooks the lake and boat house. Shared dock with Duncan Cottages, comes with shared access to kayaks, stand up paddleboards and Watervale tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, and 5 minute walk to miles of private Lake Michigan Beach.
House was recently remodeled, new kitchen and bathrooms, and paint throughout in the winter of 2020.
We don't have reviews on this cottage yet, new listing, but we have been a vacation resort for 50 years.

Beautiful location!

This is a beautiful location, neighbors to the historic Watervale Inn, situated on Lower Lake Herring with a 5-minute walk to a private beach on Lake Michigan. Quiet with beautiful views. Can't get any better than that! The cottage has been completely redone, so the pictures currently on the listing don't do it justice. Both bathrooms are double sinks and very spacious, with three spacious bedrooms - it's much bigger than it seems! Access to kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards. No fires are allowed (both inside and out) and be sure to check when Watervale is in season (unbeknownst it was off-season for us, so we couldn't eat at the restaurant, but Frankfort with many options is only 10 minutes away).
