Optional pool heating to 85°F: $75 plus tax per heating night, with a minimum purchase of 3 heating nights. Billed separately after booking; not included in the initial Airbnb quote.



• No smoking, pets, or drugs (including marijuana)

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM. All backyard and patio use is prohibited during quiet hours, including quiet seating and use of outdoor recreational facilities

• Pool: guests under 15 must be supervised by an adult at all times

• Parking: maximum 2 vehicles total, per City of Anaheim permit conditions; both fit tandem in the driveway



This single-story home does not meet accessibility requirements and is not wheelchair-accessible. The front entrance has steps, and entry from the backyard has a threshold step. Interior spaces are not fully accessible.



• Each bunk bed in the Peter Pan and Little Mermaid rooms sleeps 3. The Peter Pan Room's trundle and the sofa bed in the kitchen area are alternative sleeping options within the stated on-property occupancy limit, not additional capacity.

• Baby equipment and gear are not provided at the property.

• Life jackets are provided. Pool toys, floats and noodles are not provided; guests may bring their own and should take them home at checkout.

• Streaming subscriptions are subject to change.

• This home doesn't have interior fire sprinklers. Follow the maximum on-property occupancy and visitor rules stated above; alternative beds do not increase that limit.
