Great for those that want to enjoy some fun in the sun, and space to move around. We are in a quiet & friendly neighborhood, and steps away from the sand. Known for its great surfing, Silverstrand is the perfect place. It's a place to escape and relax with fresh air, and beautiful sunsets.

Please make sure to walk them daily to go potty. We do have a yard that they can use but ask that they be walked also. It starts to stink otherwise.
If using the Weber, we just ask that you clean it out and return to garage. We do provide charcoal.
Fire pit is available for tenant use, we ask that you please bring wood.

Great beach access

We had a great time. The house is large and is only a couple of houses away from silver strand beach. We spent most of our time at the beach and could easily go back to the house for restroom breaks, lunch, or hurry back if we forgot something. The house is clean, functional, comfortable and has what you need for a great beach trip, but don't expect luxurious accommodations. It's old carpeting everywhere, the kitchen has old appliances that are on their last legs, some cabinet drawers were broken, etc. There are limited amounts of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom etc. Luckily there are plenty of grocery store options nearby. All in all we were pleasantly surprised by the location and the quality of the beach. The house was certainly adequate for what we needed.

Tom, Thank you so much for your feedback. It is greatly appreciated & helps us to address any issues had. That being said, there should’ve been plenty of toilet paper rolls, paper towels, etc…. in their receptive places (under sinks). I will definitely ask our cleaning crew. I wish you would’ve called us to address any of that stuff so we could’ve sent someone over to get it taken care of immediately. It is our top priority that our tenants need not go shopping for any of your basics needs besides groceries. Yes, our home is super comfy and but needs to be updated and we are in the process of that. We do have our carpet washed regularly, and I know that was done prior to your arrival. All that being said, your opinions matter and helps us. Thank you for staying with us and am glad you enjoyed the beach and it’s location to our home. Sincerely, Grace

Awesome turkey day stay

Communication with owner was great. Good location. Weird layout but worked out for all of us... it took a minute to figure out the main TV and the keyword system. Fully stocked with all we needed as we made tday dinner and bbqed a turkey near right outside the garage. Thanks for having us ...

I love pulling up and being able to breathe in fresh beach air. It definitely brings a sense of calm when I am there. I don’t feel the pressures of the world since it’s off the beaten path.

What makes this property unique

Our home is 2 stories and has plenty of room to move around. Great to be able to have some space from others when you are in a group.
