Tha best equipped kitchen EVER! Our stay was fabulous. Only had a couple of issues that were addressed immediately—mildew in shower and not enough towels/wash cloths. The view was gorgeous; and, the kids had fun going down the slide and floating the lazy river.

Really nice condo with a spacious layout and plenty of room to move around. The balcony is a great bonus — perfect for hanging out or getting some fresh air. Overall, a comfortable and airy space!

We were here for our annual beach trip. The unit was immaculate and looked just like the pics online. The layout was perfect for our group with plenty of room for all (4adults, 2 teen boys, 7yo and an infant). The balcony was great and we ate most of our meals out there. The kitchen was well stocked…A for having decent knives ( yes I’m that person who brings my own knives AND XL stock pot for shrimp boil).The reasons why not a 5 star rating… the dishwasher was broken so we had to hand wash dishes until Tuesday. The problem was addressed quickly by the management company. The property itself (Phoenix 2) was not our favorite set up. There is no pool for just lounging. There is a lazy river that gets pretty crowded, a slide for the kids and a small shallow pool area.Overall, we would recommend this unit.

Fantastic stay from start to finish.The place was exactly what we were looking for: clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and just an easy place to unwind after a day at the beach. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel welcome.The extra night was incredibly kind and honestly helped make a great trip even better. Little things like that don’t go unnoticed.The amenities were excellent, the location was perfect, and somehow you even managed to make sure the weather was beautiful the entire time. Not sure how much extra that service costs, but it was worth it.Thanks again for sharing your place with us. We made some great memories and would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Spring Break Location

What a wonderful vacation. The property was clean and very well maintained. The location of the condo is great. Close to many restaurants, bars and shops. The beaches are beautiful. The property looked just like the pictures and everything was in great condition. We'd stay here again. Orange Beach/Gulf Shores is a fantastic beach destination.

Fantastic Stay

We had a fantastic time. The place was amazing. Thank you for all the communication we had prior. But…. $55 per car for parking was outrageous.

Family Time

We had a great time. The condo was spacious 3 bedrooms 3 baths 2 with tubs. We had fun In the outdoor pool and slide. Easy walk to the beach. Would stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the first time we have ever stayed at Phoenix OB II. The room looks exactly like the pictures. It was beautiful and a great place to relax for the week. We only had one issue with one of the toilets upon arrival and they sent someone up the next morning (it was after hours when we checked in). Excellent communication and a great place to rent! Highly recommend!

We loved our time in Orange Beach! This condo was perfect for our group. Plenty of space and the view was great! We enjoyed all the amenities; beach, pool, lazy river, etc. The condo was exactly as the pictures depicted. Easy walk to the beach. Never had to wait on the elevator for very long. Parking was never a problem either. We rented beach chairs and umbrellas for the week and the attendant was awesome. Loved this place and want to go back soon!!

Perfect family beach rental

We had the best spring break here with our 3 kids and sister, husband and baby. The kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub for the cooler days, along with the lazy river and water slide outside. We wished the outdoor pool was heated as it was too cold to swim in most of the days we were there at the end of March. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The bedding could be refreshed as it has some stains, and could have been a little more comfortable overall. Other than those minor things, the unit and property were perfect!

Just as advertised and then some!!

We had a large group of nine ladies and this condo exceeded out expectations. The view from the 27th floor was incredible. The kitchen was fully stocked and the ice machine was such a nice surprise, we used so much ice and the machine totally kept up. I would suggest bringing a few extra kitchen towels. The bank of elevators were fast and efficient, very impressive!! The covered parking deck was clean and safe, this property is spotless!! The beach is simply a dream and so well kept. We used Ike’s Beach service but you can totally bring your own chairs and umbrella’s I would say half of the guests do. A big shout out to Maranda at guest services …..She is a ray of sunshine!! I will definitely be returning to this property next time with the family!!!

Wonderful Condo, but these changes would make it 5 Stars

The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures. Beautifully decorated. Extremely comfortably. LOVED the lazy river and pools. If I were the owner I would want to know the following: the floors were dirty (needed mopping) and the furniture and rug in living area had noticeable spots. We cooked every night and found the kitchen not as well stocked as we had found when staying at an identical condo in Orange Beach Phoenix. Coffee pot still had grounds in it. I would prefer you not publish this info because we loved this condo and would stay in this very condo again, but I thought it might be helpful to share these few "helpful hints"-not criticisms. Also, we had no linens for the sleeper sofa. In spite of these few improvements needed, we loved our stay and made many wonderful family memories! Thank you so very much!

Beautiful condo, horrible cleaning service.

The condo is very beautiful. Well decorated and spacious. Being on the 27th floor is breathtaking for views. But the other reviews stating that it is “dirty” are not unfounded. After we initially walked in and were impressed by the overall size and look of the place, we started to see how dirty everything was. Inches of dust and lint on the doors, picture frames, the laundry closet. All of the cabinets in the kitchen and baths were dirty and dusty, inside and out. The kitchen cabinet doors had drips of “stuff” from the other renters before us. The kitchen garbage can had “ick” all over the lid and rim of the can. The nightstand in one of the bedrooms had a shelf that something had spilled on and was left that way. There were feathers all over the living room floor from the throw pillows, like it hadn’t even been vacuumed. And while we expected the floors to be a little sandy, it was as if they hadn’t been mopped in weeks. We turned our bathmats black with dirty footprints from walking in the condo barefoot. The sheets and bathrooms were clean which is important but it’s as if those were the only areas cleaned well. We spent almost an hour cleaning the kitchen as soon as we arrived. Not what I want to do on vacation. My house is cleaner than this was and I don’t PAY a service to clean it for me. This is the PENTHOUSE level! It should be the crown jewel of the the complex! And as I said, we paid a pretty substantial “cleaning fee.”
