Our stay was great. The owner has done a great job with this historic property. Inside was very clean and comfortable. We were there during a hot stretch and the individual air conditioning units were efficient and effective. Kitchen was well apportioned, beds comfortable and location is excellent. We had a great experience.

This sweet home was perfect for two couples in every way! We loved the modern rustic decor and the creek running right beside the house. Best stocked vacation spot - anything you needed to just live comfortably. Location was excellent - about a ten minute walk to Pearl street and walking trail steps away. Highy recommend!

This is a beautiful, meticulously designed, clean, comfortable home in the heart of Boulder. We loved our stay. Adam is a fantastic host who keeps all the necessities of the kitchen and bathroom stocked to make guests feel right at home. The kitchen is a chef's kitchen -- great for cooking a family meal and enjoying an espresso in the morning! A truly beautiful home in the best imaginable location. We walked to Pearl Street and got around town easily from this great spot right in the creek. There's also a lovely outdoor space and so many lush plants. Adam makes you feel taken care of!

A funky chic gem of a property in the heart of historic Boulder. Walk to Pearl Street. Short drive to endless shops, restaurants and outdoor adventures. The house is nicely curated with art, live plants and attention to detail. A comfortable private patio is great for morning coffee and evening grilling. Chefs will like the professional kitchen. 2 bed, 2 bath makes it perfect for two couples. Lots of college kids in the neighborhood, but we think that adds to the charm. Off street parking for one car. The host is kind and attentive. The place is more than a base camp; it is an attraction itself. You will just want to hang and enjoy the vibe.
