The stone barbecue completes the experience, with delicious grilled dishes under the starry sky.

The property has 4 comfortable bedrooms. Two of them are equipped with comfortable double beds, while the other two offer individual beds for accommodation flexibility. One of the rooms is equipped with air conditioning and the rest with ceiling fans. The 2 full bathrooms with shower and bathtub, along with an additional toilet, ensure that each guest enjoys their own private space.

Fantastic

This villa is almost perfect. It easily accommodated our party of 7 and had all the facilities and kitchen equipment we could wish for. The hosts are lovely and friendly and were very responsive one evening when we lost power! Fortunately it was just a hidden trip switch. My only constructive criticism would be - There is only air conditioning in one bedroom and the unit is very old and noisy. It does keep the room significantly cooler than the rest of the house but will keep you awake if you're a light sleeper. Similarly the unit in the living room leaks water so we had to regularly empty a porcelain duck that the water was dripping into. In all other rental villas I have stayed in there has been a folder containing useful information about the property. There is nothing here other than a notebook with some phone numbers scribbled in. We lost power one evening but had no information about where the fuse boards were located so I had to contact the owner who very quickly came to the property with an electrician, only to discover it was a tripped fuse hidden behind a panel by the front door. This could have easily been prevented if there was some information to hand. I must give praise to the owners for being so responsive once I got hold of them though. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa and would love to go back someday.

Die Finca ist wirklich toll. Den Ausblick von der gro&szligz&uumlgigen Terrasse vermissen wir jetzt schon! Waren mit insgesamt 8 Freunden dort. Das Haus ist wirklich sauber und mega ausgestattet um f&uumlr so viele Personen zu kochen. Einkaufsm&oumlglichkeiten mit dem Auto innerhalb von 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Besitzer sind sehr net und per WhatsApp erreichbar. Daumen hoch - war super sch&oumln!

Sehr schöne, ruhige Unterkunft in der Nähe von Inca

Kaum Nachbarn und einen fantastischen Blick über Mallorca. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Trotz der ruhigen, eher abgelegenen Lage ist man mit dem Auto innerhalb von 3 Minuten bei verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Stadt Palma, die Berge, sowie das Meer sind auch relativ schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr geräumig! Ich kann die Unterkunft absolut für einen entspannten Gruppenurlaub mit Freunden, weiterempfehlen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt!

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold i Inca og det valgte hus. Vi var 8 personer og havde brug for plads og værelserne samt badeværelserne. Huset havde gode faciliteter, udenomsområder og levede bestemt op til forventningerne.

Bester Urlaub!!!

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Finca war einfach unglaublich! Das Haus ist traumhaft und genau wie beschrieben! Es war alles sehr sauber und die Ausstattung ist traditionell spanisch. In der Küche findet man alles was man braucht - diese ist sehr modern. Den tollen Grillplatz haben wir auch genutzt. Auf den Punkt: ein rund um gelungener Urlaub an den wir uns viele Jahre zurück erinnern werden!

Die Finka liegt am Stadtrand von Inca, sehr schön ruhig an einem Berghang. Die Wohnfläche ist sehr großzügig und bietet ausreichend Platz für 8 Personen. Wir haben alles sauber und aufgeräumt vorgefunden. Der Kontakt zu den Besitzern war auch sehr nett.

Lovely large family villa, private and not over looked, Central in Mallorca

Lively big spacious villa with wonderful views over Inca and surrounding areas. Large finca with 4 bedrooms and lots of nice living space. The location is central on the island and if you have a rental car you are only 20-30 mins drive from Pollença and Palma. The nearest shops and cafe are a good 20 minute walk. Pool area is great and is cleaned twice weekly, the bbq area is good too. My only faults if I have any is that there were not enough towels or any towels provided for the pool, and that the bed linens were not changed or laundered for the whole 2 weeks, which is usually a service we have for other Mallorca villas we have booked. However its not a huge problem as there is a well equipped laundry room which you can use. Air con is only in the main living area and the main master bedroom. Can get hot to sleep in the other rooms with just a fan but this didn’t matter really, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend the villa.

Lovely villa in beautiful area

We had a family holiday (7 adults and 1 child) over Christmas and we thoroughly enjoyed staying in the villa. It was very spacious for us all with lots of different sitting areas and a lovely balcony to enjoyed the beautiful views. We all stayed very comfortably and the place was very nice and clean. I can highly recommend this villa to friends and family and if we area planning on visiting Palma & Inca again we would definitely stay in the same villa.
