The house has a terrace where you will enjoy taking a nap in the sun and, thanks to its proximity to Rouliguen beach and access to the community pool, you will be able to enjoy refreshing swims in fresh water or invigorating swims in salt water (community pool open and heated from 15/06 to 15/09)



The living room and its exposed beams make it a warm place. You will enjoy gathering around the round table to share delicious meals and then spend time watching television in the lounge. As for the kitchen, it provides everything you need to prepare tasty dishes. It has: induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle.



In the evening, you will find on the upper floor a bedroom with a double bed and nautical touches immersing you in an ideal holiday atmosphere for a good rest.



If you need a third bed, you will simply need to unfold the sofa in the living room. You will also find a bathroom with toilet. For even more convenience, a parking space is reserved for you and if you come with a baby you will find a high chair and a travel cot.

On the ocean side, dunes and long sandy beaches succeed one another as far as the oyster cabins of the Pénerf river. On the foreshore exposed at high tides, test your hand-line fishing skills! Children and adults alike love rummaging through the rock pools. You can then savour cockles, winkles and prawns, taken from your fishing basket or spotted at one of the friendly markets in Arzon or Sarzeau.
