The property was everything it was reported to be, but more. There were little touches of fresh flowers placed around the house. There was wood left for the fire pit. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and finding unique places to eat. We would indeed stay here again.

Yes. Its pet friendly. However, it’s an open yard. Mostly backyard. Kinda messy, old broken chairs, table, plastic lids, bits of glass on the patio, weeds, not mowed, overgrown. Private backyard, nice location. Short walk to a park, historic canal street, nice neighborhood. Inside is a bit dusty, no broom, mop, dustpans. Living room, 2-bedrooms. One and a half bath! Nice size! Wood floors. We enjoyed coffee in the morning at the picnic table. Easy in and out. Parking!!! Yes. Plenty of parking.

Great place for us & pups

We had a wonderful stay in NSB. The hosts were responsive and very kind. The backyard was nice to sit and relax while our 2 pups ran around. The house was even better than pictured! Such a great space to relax, and close enough to walk the cute streets nearby. I highly recommend this property!

Easter Weekend

This cute little home was just what we needed to visit with family over Easter weekend. Perfectly located just off Canal St. in downtown New Smyrna and a few blocks away from family. The beds were comfortable, check in was easy and Nathan was very responsive to any questions we had. Thank you!

Great place to stay to enjoy all the fun in New Smyrna Beach.

This house is a nice size with a very nice layout for easy vacation living. The backyard could use some love but the inside of the house was very nice with lots of updates. The location couldn't be better as we were withing walking distance of all the fun, food, and beauty of Canal Street and the Riverfront. Also, the owner is great and very responsive.
