Great location, wonderful neighborhood and very clean. Enjoyed the extra amenities provided by the host. If you stay during cooler temperatures bring jacket etc- the mini split unit is only source of heat for the 4 rooms. Thanks for a great experience in Petaluma!

I enjoyed staying at Frank’s place. I had everything I needed. It was clean and comfortable, and very convenient for getting to my weekend workshop in Petaluma. It was also easy to explore restaurants with vegan options nearby.

This is a calm and peaceful rental. Especially bright with several windows that allow the Petaluma breeze inside . The best Vrbo mattress and pillows I’ve ever had and great window coverings allowed for excellent sleep .Frank, the host, was exceptionally responsive and kind .I would definitely rent here again.

The cutest little place to stay near Downtown Petaluma! Short walk to restaurants, breweries, shopping, and parks. The host was great and even left us a friendly note, bottle of wine, and chocolate almonds. We brought our 11 month old and felt completely safe during our stay. We will definitely be back!

My stay in the cottage was great!! ... It's in the perfect location for walking in downtown Petaluma with already access to stores, restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. Frank was very helpful and the welcome gifts and extra touches were unexpected and much appreciated . I would definitely stay again when I'm the area.

Cozy, Quiet, Great Location

We truly enjoyed our stay in Petaluma, very neat little town full of treasures and personality in proximity to so much. The bungalow is private, quiet, quaint and well appointed. The host is very nice, accommodating and even greeted us with treats :)
