IMPORTANT: This property is located on the 3rd floor. There is not an elevator or service elevators located at Palmwood Villas. There are 4 flights of stairs to reach the unit. But once you’re there, it’s worth the trek!

Completely renovated with elegant hardwood floors throughout, this 2 Bedroom/2 Bath unit comfortably sleeps 4 and features the following amenities: new baths, a private screened porch balcony. private locked storage area for beach chairs & toys located near the pool/beach access, washer/dryer, wireless internet, flat-screen TV"s, DVD & music system, cable in living area and both bedrooms, dishwasher, whisper-quiet AC units, and a kitchen stocked with the works!
The spacious courtyard offers plenty of room for sunbathing, relaxing, or just sitting by the pool. No need to run down early to save chairs since there are more than enough lounge chairs for everyone. Beside the sundeck, there is a covered picnic area to enjoy your lunch in the shade or just gather with friends. A private path leads directly to the beach from the courtyard and pool area. Palmwood also has a charcoal grilling area for family cookouts. If you should have a problem or a question, our resident manager is happy to help you.

Good beachfront location

Other than the stairs the property is in a convenient location and has easy beach access and a nice pool. They didn’t leave us a parking pass so we constantly had notes on our car telling us it would be towed. Balcony was always hot from the AC unit but the views were worth it, especially for sun and moon rises.

Great little getaway

My husband and I had a great time at the Palmwood Villa. The condo was so cute and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was decorated so pretty and you could tell that the owners really take pride in the condo. The views were beautiful- especially the sun rises from the porch. I hope we get the opportunity to stay again.

Cute and clean

Cute and very clean condo and condo complex. Great area of North Myrtle Beach, quiet and relaxing. The condo had everything we needed for a fun stay. Really appreciated the easy checkin and checkout. Also the host gave wonderful directions to the condo which made our trip 15 minutes shorter. We plan on visiting again soon.

Myrtle Beach condo

Absolutely love this place. Everything was clean and well stocked. The view was amazing. And very good communications with the host. Any questions we had we texted them and they got back to me very quickly. I give this place a five star on everything and would return for sure.

Great Place!

This was a perfect condo for my family on our last vacation before school. We had a great view, clean condo and an absolute wonderful week! I highly recommend this condo! The owners were responsive and checked in with me when we first arrived and answered any question I had in a timely manner. Can’t wait to book again for 2024!

My wife and I are from Ohio, needed to come in to town unexpectedly for the weekend and found the listing online. Place was great, very neat and clean - just as the pictures showed. Communication with Lisa and Dave prior to arrival was very good. We will definitely stay again when we have a little more time to enjoy.!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this beachfront condo! The location was absolutely unbeatable—just steps from the sand with stunning ocean views from the balcony. The condo was clean, and exactly as described. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves. This was fully disclosed in the description, but there are quite a few stairs to get to the unit, so pack light and be ready for a bit of a workout. That said, the views and beach access made it totally worth it. Great communication with the host and easy check in. We’d definitely come back! Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and recharge by the beach!

Relaxing beach getaway

The depiction of the rental is very accurate for what's listed in VRBO. It has everything we needed and wanted, and more! The shed downstairs with pool/beach supplies was great. The neighborhood is nice and quiet (In October, but still), the condo is well-stocked with pretty much anything you would need. Recommended!

Looks exactly like pictures. Perfect for my husband and me. Very clean!! Kudos to housekeeping company used by hosts!! Beach is nice in this section. Condo is close to restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment. Too many steps if you have mobility issues- no elevator

Fabulous View

Our family of 4 loved our stay. We hand enough space. I loved the balcony being accessible from the master. The building and area is very quiet. Pool area cute and just the right size for the building. The condo had so much natural light. The best part however was the phenomenal view!!!!I watched the sunrise as I drank my coffee. Will be back!!

Awesome Vacation!

We LOVE the Palmwood Villas! This was our 2nd time staying here but our first in this condo and we definitely liked this one better! Everything was clean and the location was amazing. We liked the hard floors, rather than carpet. The views from the balcony and huge window in the condo are breathtaking. Steps from the beach and pool. Close enough to run up and grab more drinks or a sandwich for your beach day. 5 minutes from Barefoot Landing and so many other attractions. The host answered all of our questions immediately while we were there. Our only regret was not booking 2 weeks! Thank you for a wonderful family getaway. We will definitely be back!

Great location on Ocean

Pros: The condo was very clean, in a great location (close to everything), sufficient kitchen supplies and has a nice pool. Wonderful view too. Cons: you have to make up your own beds. We got in really late at night and we just wanted to go to bed only to find that none of the beds had sheets on them. There was a big bag of linens in the living room that we had to dig out that had the bed sheets, bath towels and kitchen towels. Not how I wanted to start out my vacation. The remote in the living room was missing, contacted the owner who just suggested places we could look to try to find. Never did. The lock to the storage area was difficult to open to get out beach equipment. We also had to empty the dehumidifier daily that was in the living room…. Kind of a pain. The balcony had a large AC unit on it that generated a large amount of heat where you couldn’t sit in front of it comfortably. In the end, this place just wasn’t for us.

Excellent Visit, highly recommend

The unit was exactly as described, communication was excellent from the owners. We had no issues during our stay. Those steps................wow, but fully disclosed and we knew what to expect. Area was really nice, the view was amazing, and everyone in the condo area that we encountered were very friendly. Perfect unit for a family of 3 (or 4), and our daughter loved the pool. We would definitely stay again!

Overall Great Stay

The good: Location and view! This is the best part... it's steps from the beach with a gorgeous ocean view. We love sitting outside (even though the ac unit creates a lot of heat). The updates. The flooring is nice and the decor is fairly modern. The communication. The owners are very easy to get in touch with and helpful. The amenities. Parking is easy and the pool is pretty nice. Cleanliness. Overall everything (except things that were not the responsibility of the owner or cleaning crew - see below) felt clean and usable - appliances included. The needs-improvements: The pots and pans were scratched, small, and dirty (I know the last part isn't the owners' fault, but unfortunately whoever stayed before us was awful and put their plates and pans into the cabinets covered in filth - actual eggs were covering pans and almost everything had crumbs- I had to do a lot of cleaning AND I had to go out and buy myself a usable pan. I removed the utensil holders and gave them a scrub too since there were a lot of crumbs). The air conditioning units. These needed to be cleaned and were dripping A LOT. My husband had to spend a lot of time on the phone with the owners and property manager trying to make sure we could have ac without causing damage. The bathrooms. One bathroom had a moldy smell and the other one has a shower that is so small my 7 year old couldn't use it. I removed the mat from the main bathroom since it seemed like that could be causing the smell. It helped a little. We also had a huge dead cockroach that seemed like it might have been missed by the cleaning crew (unless he showed up later). Overall the space was nice and good for what we needed. I would book it again... but would bring my own pan back!

The condo unit was exactly as pictured & described, great ocean views, very clean, easy access to fantastic beach with crystal clear water, located close to restaurants & shopping. Some might find the stairs somewhat intense, but well worth the climb. Our thanks to the owner Lisa who was very accommodating, highly recommend this place if staying in North Myrtle Beach. Absolutely amazing!!

Everything about the condo was perfect!! FYI.. wow... the steps.. they DO warn you about the steps.. and that’s no joke.. there are a lot!! LOL But.. I actually liked that part because there are so many great restaurants around the area, so I got to work off whatever I ate!! For us it was a plus!! The condo itself was beautiful and clean and everything we hoped for! The screened in sunroom was awesome to sit in and watch the ocean while drinking coffee in the morning or evening and not worry about bugs!! The condo was conveniently located to EVERYTHING!! The added extras in the storage shed of beach supplies was a HUGE plus! I would highly recommend this unit and host!!! The owners were kind and welcoming and checked in to make sure we were comfortable but weren’t overbearing or annoying lol seriously one of our best stays in Myrtle Beach to date!! You won’t be disappointed with this condo!!

Great Beach Location with Fantastic View

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at #303 Palmwood Villas in North Myrtle Beach. Excellent location: close to restaurants, shopping and golf courses. Being an end unit and on the top floor, it’s quiet and we can hear the sound of the waves. The condo itself has many amenities such as a dishwasher, washer and dryer. The pool is clean and well maintained. A must-stay for anyone looking for a place to rent in North Myrtle Beach.
