Nice place, bed description inaccurate

The listing states a King and Queen size bed. There is a Queen size bed on the second floor, and a Full Size bed on the first floor. The home was clean and as described other than the beds.

Description said there was a pool. Upon arrival, saw the pool was covered & looked like it hadn’t been maintained in years. Morning of reservation owner sent a document stating condo rules don’t allow property renters to use the pool so even if it was open, we wouldn’t have been allowed to use it anyway. Huge issue was the wifi/TV: when we got there nothing was hooked up so it took time to figure it out. Once it was set up on the first night, we had no access again for the rest of our stay. Next day we were told by host that the router was in her neighbor’s house so we could not reset as per device instructions. service providers are legally required to install routers in the service owner’s home, not in neighboring homes. Which makes me think the host lied to me when she told me “there are wifi issues in the area” as an excuse for why we couldn’t sign on with the provided Network name & password. I have screen shots of the network name she provided me with reflecting a very strong signal, so the excuse that there are “wifi issues in the area” sounds like a lie because if there were wifi issues, it would effect the signal strength. I’ve concluded that the neighbor caught wind that the host gave us their wifi network & password then changed their password so we couldn’t access it anymore for the rest of our stay. Dishwasher didn’t work, shower temp took 5 minutes to get right, windows/doors had no screens or holes so couldn’t open.Microwave is cracked/hazardous.Filthy floors

This little mountain getaway was great! Anna’s directions were so helpful with the check-in process! The place was clean and very inviting! Thanks so much for a great place to stay for the weekend Anna! We had a great time!
