Cosy, very comfortable villa "Tulipanes". In the resort 500 m from the centre of de Dënia, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas). Private: beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced) with flowers and trees, swimming pool angular (4 x 8 m, depth 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, arbour, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Stepped path (13 steps) to the house. Parking on the premises, single garage. Supermarket, shopping centre, restaurant, bar 300 m, bus stop 1.8 km, railway station 1.8 km, ferry 3.6 km. Sports harbour 800 m, surf school, sailing school. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
"Tulipanes", 4-room villa 160 m2 on 2 levels. Very comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, digital TV, international TV channels, gas heating and air conditioning. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), gas heating and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed and bath/bidet/WC (private) gas heating and air conditioning. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with bar. Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the garden, to the swimming pool. Kitchenette (microwave). Shower/WC. Small balcony 9 m2, large terrace 45 m2, 2 small terraces 9 m2, garden 450 m2. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage. Lovely villa in Denia

Stayed at this lovely villa very Spanish . Very clean well equipped kitchen and lovely outdoor space. Within walking distance of supermarkets, shops and marina. The garage was a bonus as we came on a cycling holiday also good as had a washing machine and tumble dryer. Would definitely return.

Yläkerta talossa hyvä, 2 makuuhuonetta ilmastoinnilla, keittiö asiallinen. Alakerran "asunto" asumiskelvoton, haisi mullalle ja ei ollut ilmastointia.

Vi koste oss i huset. Rent og pent. Vi likte området så godt at vi kjøpte en villa i nærheten av huset.

Prima Haus, etwas ausserhalb

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Ruhig gelegen. Zentrum etwa 1 km entfernt. Geschäfte für täglichen Bedarf sind daher auch etwas entfernt. Zum Entspannen gut geeignet. Leider funktionnierte die Heizung nicht, was im Monat April aber notwendig ist.

Haus schön, aber nicht sehr gepflegt

Das Haus an sich hat uns von den Räumlichkeiten gut gefallen, es war jedoch nicht sehr sauber (besonders die Toiletten und die Dusche). In beiden Schlafzimmern befanden sich Stockflecken an den Zimmerdecken. Die Außenanlagen waren nicht gut gepflegt und die Liegen sowie Sitzmöbel könnten neue Auflagen gebrauchen . Das ganze Ambiente der Außenanlagen wirkte recht verwahrlost.

Nice house in quiet neighbourhood, 0.8 mile from Denia and the beach

Nice house in quiet area of Denia (Santa Lucia) in walking distance (20 minutes or so) from Denia and the beach. Good pool and outside shower. Separate apartment with basic kitchen and bathroom, ideal when traveling with friends or relatives. Interior is a little dated but very functional with waher, dryer, dishwasher, good stove, microwave, SAT TV, wifi (good reception!) etc. Good value for money.
