Mammaw's Mountaintop Retreat

It's super cozy, private, quiet, & the perfect get away. Located on 1.38 acres, this 3 bed/2 bath home is across the street from Petit Jean State Park and Lake Bailey. It's also walking distance to the Outpost, Coffeehouse, & very close to Visitors Center, campgrounds, & Museum of Automobiles. Gnomes are hidden throughout the grounds & makes for a fun search for the whole family and deer frequent the property in the evenings. Please note: The 2 bathrooms are in each bedroom suite. The "kids" room with the three twin beds must use the bathrooms in the suites. The security cameras are on the roof. One faces the highway, one faces the driveway and shed.

The location of the house is within walking distance to the coffee shop and all trailheads are within a 10 minute drive! There was no lakeview due to drought conditions, but the property is still pretty. Seven adults fit perfectly in the home and we had an amazing time.

We had five family members and three dogs. Loved the location and had the best time playing games, hiking, and sitting around the fire pit. The entire family got into the hunting of gnomes. It was a perfect getaway. Definitely a great 4th of July holiday!
