Outstanding rental! Comfortable and clean, nice partial ocean view. Enjoyed both the salt and fresh water pools along with the sandy area along the rocky ocean front. Had an exceptionally well stocked, modern kitchen. Communication with Jackie was a breeze and she kept us well informed of everything that we needed to know. Great place in a nice complex.

Great property and Great host. The place was very clean and has everything you need. It came stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, Dishes, and utensils. Like you are at home! Coffee and coffee maker was a plus. Fridge stocked with ice packs for your daily excursions. Stocked with towels and even laundry detergent. Communication with host Jackie was great. Only bummer was the seaside pool not available due to the large swells and ocean waves spilling into the pool but we cant control mother nature so it was all good. Great place to stay on the big island. I highly recommend this unit.

We really enjoyed airy,fresh,clean unit decorated in modern beach decor. It has all the amentities needed for comfortable stay in the paradise including air condition , washer and dryer.Plenty of the beach towels and comfortable beach chairs, helped discover many of the beautiful beaches on the Big Island. Nice modern bathroom with shower and lots of towels,lanai with shade and ceiling fan ,kitchen with all needed to enjoy evening with sunset and ocean waves with the lush garden and ocean wiev. Only negative thing was leaving this lovely place after two beautiful weeks.

My place was nice, accurately depicted per the ads. The entire complex is non smoking, so you have to walk to the road. The hot water isn't hot, it's warm-ish ad long as you don't do laundry, otherwise cold. It really is a beautiful place. The place was very clean. The air-conditioning worked. We kept it up during the day, as we do at our home in Louisiana as well. The host was pleasant and more communicative than any that I've stayed at before. My daughter rented in the same complex, their place didn't have AC and their host was horrible!

I'm a little perplexed as the renters didn't mention anything about not having hot water. It would have been extremely helpful to know so that I could have contacted the manager regarding the water temperature. Normally the hot water is very HOT and almost instant. Will contact HOA to see if there is an issue. Thanks for the feedback.

As advertised! But we knew what to expect as we had stayed at Casa de Emdeko on a prior visit. The condo worked well for 2 people with a well stocked kitchen and a view of the ocean. The pool areas are well kept and clean, not to mention refreshing. And the locker with beach stuff was great, chairs were a big plus for us.

Thank you for our stay. The apartment is very well equipped. We loved the complex and even had the pool to ourselves. The sunset from the pool is wonderful and the gardens immaculate. It was really useful having the private car park so we were able to tour the island.

Relaxing stay, amazing condo!

The condo was beautiful and very relaxing. The grounds are amazing with two pools, we especially loved the saltwater pool near the ocean. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Lovely place!

Clean and adorably decorated. The grounds are well maintained with spectacular landscaping.Convenient to town—could walk or rent bikes—we Ubered for less than 10. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Great stay

The condo was exactly as described, pools were great and met some very nice fellow travelers. Manta Ray snorkel @ nite once in a lifetime if on the Big Island make the choice do go swim with Hawaii Oceanic.

Very nice property

The property looks to have been refurbished fairly recently, and is very artfully appointed. My wife liked it better than any of the other properties we've stayed at in the various islands.

Nice spot in Kona close to everything

Very nice VRBO in Kona. The complex is mostly seniors and they take good care of it. The unit is clean and pretty well apportioned. We would probably stay here again.
