You will find on the 1st floor a chic and cosy living room perfect for moments with family or friends. In duplex there is a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, etc.) and its dining room.
Located on the 2nd floor, the 1st bedroom offers 1 double bed and a single bed. It includes an independent shower room. Its large window gives it incredible luminosity.
On the top floor is the master bedroom. Large of more than 30m2, it has a double bed, a 43'' flat screen, a breathtaking view of the valley and the sea. Ideal for a drink while comfortably contemplating all the fireworks of the bay of the French Riviera as well as the sunsets. Its bathroom bathed in natural light thanks to its skylight has a shower and a toilet.
Each bedroom has a built-in closet to store your personal belongings.
The house has 2 separate toilets, 1 located in the living room and the other in the master bedroom.

A deposit of 600€ will be required.
Any damage caused in the house will be your responsibility.
