This high-quality, sun-drenched holiday home is situated in a quiet village near Pula and Rovinj. On the large and fenced grounds are still 2 holiday houses. The house is, however, surrounded by a hedge and trees, so your privacy is guaranteed. To collective use of the guests here are two tennis courts, a basketball court and playground, as well as a bocce court available. The heated swimming pool, with comfortable sun loungers for soaking up the sun, ideal for long moments and relaxation. A covered terrace with summer kitchen and a large dining table are for culinary experiences together with your family. In the adjacent bathroom with sauna, you can also come on cool evenings sweat. The villa is modern and tastefully decorated and fully air-conditioned. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. Two of the bedrooms feature a private terrace with views of the pool. Furthermore, the house has a stereo system that makes it possible to listen to your favorite music in the living room, the recreation room and the pool. In the basement there is a games room with billiards and table football, darts and a smaller kitchen. Furthermore are available: Playstation2, 2 ping-pong bats, 4 bicycles, a seesaw, a slide and bocce balls. Visit the enchanting village of Vodnjan! Visible from afar landmark of this small town is the highest with 60 meters bell tower in Istria. This belongs to the Basilica of Saint Blaise. The new water park and adventure park are the ideal destination for adrenaline-packed fun

A wonderful place to relax with your family and friends. The villa is extraordinary spacious and we missed absolutely nothing. The pool was perfect and we especially enjoyed the outside area where we could grill and eat. The kids enjoyed playing table tennis, the tennis court, beach ball area and playing pool in the evening. And our host Ivan was very friendly, helpful and responsive when we had any questions. It was an absolutely perfect stay.

Es war alles perfekt in dieser wunderschönen Villa Mirna. So wie es beschrieben wurde, so war es auch, und noch besser. Dazu die sympathischen Vermieter. Jederzeit wieder!!!

Also das haus war genau so wie es auf den bilder ist. Es war alles sauber und alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Die besitzer sind auch sehr nett und haben uns falls wir fragen hatten immer weiterhelfen können. Also nur zu empfehlen.

Everything we hoped it would be!

Villa Mirna had loads of space for our two families of 4 each. Great facilities and well designed layout/tech. Owners were very responsive on any requests for help (which were generally user error!). The location proved excellent as a central base for reaching the great spots Istria has on offer as day trips, still leaving half a day to enjoy the villa itself. I really don’t like going on the same holiday twice - but I might now have to break that policy!

Wunderschöne Ferien !

Wir ( 4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder/Jugendliche) haben die Ferienwoche in der Villa Mirna in vollen Zügen genossen ! Das Haus ist sehr hell, gross und sauber - noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos ! Das Vermieterehepaar hat uns freundlich empfangen und es hat von der Buchungsanfrage bis zur Hausabgabe alles bestens geklappt. Die Tennisplätze und das gesamte Freizeitangebot sind in hervorragendem Zustand und wir haben das sämtliche Angebot voll ausgekostet :-) Einzig der Pool war im Oktober zu kalt - als Abkühlung nach der Sauna jedoch prima! Herzlichen Dank für alles. Wir können das Haus bestens weiterempfehlen!

Das Haus hält absolut was es verspricht. Toller Pool, tolle Ausstattung und gute Tennisplätze. Wir haben jeden Tag 3-4 Stunden gespielt.

Tolles Haus - wunderbarer Urlaub

Reibungslose Kommunikation während Buchung und Anreise, ein nettes Vermieterehepaar bei der Ankunft und ein Haus, dem die tollen Bilder gerade nur so gerecht werden. Hervorragend ausgestattet und liebevoll gestaltet. Eine absolute Empfehlung!

Super schön

Die Villa Mirna ist eine von 4 Villen , die es auf dem weitläufigen Areal gibt. Das ganze Areal ähnelt einem wunderschönen Urlaubs Resort. 1 Tennisplatz befindet sich gleich bei Villa Alma und Villa Mirna. Ein weiterer ist bei Villa Marija und dem neuen Bungalow. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt mit schön angelegten Gärten. Die Ausstattung der Villen ist sehr gehoben und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschmaschine, Billard und Kicker. Es ist alles so wie in der Beschreibung. Die Vermietung sehr gastfreundlich und können sehr gutes deutsch. Wir haben für nächstes Jahr erneut gebucht.
