First thing we noticed as soon as we opened the door to our condo was how clean and refreshing it smelled. Everything about it was perfect and stress free. The resort literally had everything you would ever need and condo location was perfect and close to all the attractions. We will most definitely visit again.

We had an excellent three‑night stay at Pelican Beach Resort. The property was well‑maintained, the amenities were convenient, and the location couldn’t be better. Our host, Laura, provided outstanding service. Her communication was clear, timely, and very responsive to our needs, which made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We’re leaving Destin with great memories and would absolutely stay here again.Highly recommended for anyone visiting Destin.

We really enjoyed our stay! The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed for our time there. We loved the Tiki Hut and used that each day except for one rainy day. Would definitely recommend booking your chairs before coming if you go that route. It was a gorgeous week and we were super sad to leave! We had beautiful sunsets & our view was straight out on the Gulf (always a must).

This was our second time staying at a property owned by the host. The host has wonderful communication, extremely well kept properties, and reasonable investment from us for the accommodations. We would definitely recommend this host to others and would certainly want to stay at this hosts properties again in the future.
