Perfect location and comfortable setting

Apartment had everything needed. It was very comfortable and stylish. To note there is no AC unit in the bedrooms so it can get warm but kept the doors open to the bedrooms to let the cool air in. Balcony lovely, great location to the beach and private parking. Building is very secure and it's quiet! Bakery across the street super convenient!

SĂ©jour fantastique, l'appartement est encore mieux que sur les photos, tout confort, dĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t et dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin. La climatisation fonctionne parfaitement. Le parking (2 places) est couvert, la rĂ©sidence est sĂ©curisĂ©e et dispose d'un local vĂ©lo et moto. Le quartier est calme et familiale. Le centre balnĂ©aire Fonquerne est en face de la rĂ©sidence pour ceux qui aimeraient profiter de la piscine. Une boulangerie ouverte tous les jours jusqu'Ă  20h se trouve au pied de la rĂ©sidence. En 5mn on accĂšde Ă  la plage ou au Lidl. Avec le bus 3 dont l'arrĂȘt est tout prĂȘt de la rĂ©sidence, on peut ĂȘtre en max 15mn au centre ville. L'arrĂȘt du bus 9 en direction de Marseillan (trajet de 30mn environ) est Ă©galement Ă  proximitĂ©. On peut tout faire Ă  pied en bus ou en vĂ©lo, avec la possibilitĂ© de louer des vĂ©los sur la promenade du Lido Ă  5mn de la rĂ©sidence. La procĂ©dure d'accueil est simple et efficace. Superbe sĂ©jour Ă  refaire. La propriĂ©taire est adorable, disponible et rĂ©active, idem pour Serge qui s'occupe de l'accueil. Gros coup de cƓur. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermĂ©s.
