The layout of the house is great! It was clean and updated. The pool was a perfect option for days when the beach was too windy and the waves were too rough. Nic is a great host who was always responsive and happy to answer whatever questions I had.

Great stay

Great place for family to stay at the beach, short walk to the water. Avon is nicer in my opinion so the location was great. 5 mins from a store and bring a bike and you don’t need a car.

Perfect getaway

This house was amazing. It was walking distance to the beach, we were near restaurants and shopping, and the house was clean and organized. The owner was super responsive whenever we had questions. The biggest perk was the pool. My family had a great time!

Birthday celebration

I took my children to celebrate my daughters 12th birthday. We had an absolutely amazing time ! The place is beautiful, comfortable and in an amazing location. 5 mins from grocery stores and restaurants and you can walk to get ice cream, coffee or scones. We even got to bring my sweet pup. Truly had a memorable experience and so thankful we were able to find such an amazing place.

Great space for family fun and enjoyment.

We found the home clean, cheerful and comfortable. The kitchen was great and housed anything you could possible need. There was plenty of comfortable seating and a table for game playing. The house is very open so we could enjoy being all together at all times. There was plenty of beds for all, and the mattresses slept wonderfully. Communication with the host was exceptional. Our family would definitely recommend staying here to all.

We stayed at this beach rental and had a decent experience overall, but there were a few issues worth noting. The location was convenient and the space itself was comfortable, but the cleanliness did not fully meet expectations. Some areas looked like they hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival, which made the first impression less welcoming.Another concern was the presence of outdoor cameras, which we noticed after arriving. These were not disclosed in the property listing, and while they may have been intended for security, it would have been much better if this information had been communicated upfront.We also experienced an ongoing problem with the upstairs toilet, which would not flush properly. We had to remove the back of the tank and manually flush from inside the tank each time. Although we reported this issue to the owner during our stay, it was never corrected.Overall, the stay was fair but not without its drawbacks. With more attention to cleanliness, transparency about security features, and timely maintenance, this property could provide a much better guest experience.

Thanks for the review. I will discuss your concerns about the cleanliness with my cleaning crew. its helps if you reach out right away with these kinds of concerns so we can address them immediately. The cameras are there for both of our safety and security. I do apologize though, I did not realize they are no longer listed on the page. the site has updated several times since I listed the house and I didn't realize that detail had fallen off. I will get that corrected. As for the toilet, we did communicate about that. Unfortunately it takes time to get maintenance people scheduled down there. I was able to get a plumber by the following Monday and he assured me the issue is fixed. Sorry for the small inconveniences. Thanks for staying, hope y'all had a good vacation overall.

From the beginning of booking the host was always available with questions we had. Home was exactly as described. Clean n just like the pictures. Location was perfect. Close to the beautiful beach. Stores and restaurants right down the road. Home was perfectly stocked, clean and just enough room. We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We loved the outdoor space we grilled, sat outside and thoroughly enjoyed the amazing pool area. Nic thank you for sharing your home with us. You made our summer vacation 2026 a very memorable one. Let me know when 2027 dates open you now have a repeat renter. Thank you again for everything!!!

Perfect Experience

Location was wonderful, home was super clean and had everything we needed. Host was very accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy our stay at the coast. Would definitely return.
