The house was lovely and spacious. The staff were very helpful.It was difficult for a person with a walker to get up the stairs to the house.Turtles were laying their eggs in the huge holes they dug on the beach and each morning their were the turtle crawls all over the sand. The Sargassum seaweed was a huge problem, blocking entry to the sea and causing unpleasant toxic fumes.

Edith & Yobany were excellent! I highly recommend placing a grocery order prior to your arrival. Also, place dinner request on your initial night. It is a huge help to have fridge and pantry stocked, and dinner ready when you arrive. House was clean, views are perfect! Kayaks and paddle boards were used everyday.

Yobany and Edith were lovely and the food prepared was excellent. Its a quiet little spot with many walkable hotel restaurant bars up the road. The photos are accurate, the house is lovely and the amenities are as advertised!

Great property!

Wonderful properly and people, we had a great time! The pool is perfect for younger children and the beach front is clean and fun. The kayaks and other water toys were nice as well.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Soleada. We were two families (10 people total). We had plenty of room, comfortable beds, and the service and meals were AMAZING! Highly recommend this rental property.

Great for a group

We stayed here for a cousins trip and it was fantastic! The house had everything we needed and wanted. It was a great place to spend our time when we weren’t exploring the local nature. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and helpful.

Great location, beautiful house!

We loved our time at Casa Soleada. The location is perfect, the beach is beautiful, the house was spacious and comfortable. Frank was great to communicate with and Yobany and Edith were the icing on the cake. They were so helpful and friendly and the food they made was delicious!

Exceptional stay

We had a family reunion for a milestone birthday at Casa Soleada. We had a very memorable stay. The property itself is exceptional with beach access steps away from the villa. We utilized the chef services for some meals and it was wonderful. We rented several cars for our group since the property is several miles from attractions. The caretaker/cook couple were great to work with and they took very good care of us. Highly recommend this property!

Summer Vacation

Excellent vacation with great service from Yobayni and Edith. The beach is great with nice kayaks available to use. Plenty of room in the house with on suite in each bedroom. I highly recommend getting the meal service which actually ends up being much cheaper than the hotel restaurants nearby.

We had a wonderful stay thanks to Yobany and Edith and their whole team. The food was delicious and made it so nice to not have to go out, and they were so great to pick up groceries for us as many times as we asked. It was my husband and I and our 8 grown kids and significant others and we had a blast. The only thing I would mention was that there is seaweed on all of the beaches (in that whole part of Mexico I believe) but that was not something that could be helped and definitely not a big deal for us. We still went out on the kayaks (which they provide and are so fun!) and the snorkeling was amazing right out from the home. Thanks for an amazing week Frank, Yobany and Edith and your team! We were grateful to get to know you and appreciate your taking such great care of our family.

Could not have been better.

I’m hesitant to give such a glowing review, because I want to make sure I can come back in the future and I’m afraid it will always be booked. Nice out-of-the-way location, superb staff, they felt like family to us. All in all one of the best trips we could give my mother, as many of the children and your grandchildren enjoy the accommodations.

Great Spot!! In the middle of everything.

Short drive to Tulum and Akumal. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the house. Had 7 adults on staying at the property. Great choice. Lots to do. Staff was great. Would return.

Wonderful house to unplug and relax!

We enjoyed a week at Casa Soleada with our family, including two young children. The house is comfortable and the property is beautiful. The private beach and pool are breathtaking and can't be beat. The location is extremely remote and we did not venture out much because of that -- and because of the beauty of the property. The staff was wonderful and kept us full and happy with their cooking and company. Would recommend for a relaxing and rejuvenating "off the grid" trip!

Amazing stay & Wedding

We really loved our stay at the house. Yobany and Edith was the most accommodating hosts imaginable. We loved Ediths cooking every day, and Yobany was always there to help, and special thanks to him and all his family for setup up and arranging our amazing beach wedding in front of the house. It felt so personal and we couldnt have asked for a better stay. We are so blessed and grateful for everything. Thank you!

Awesome stay in Tulum!

The house was clean and perfect for our stay with our family! We loved that it’s located right on the beach and eating our meals out on the patio! The cooks and were great and we loved the food! The kayaks and Sup boards were lots of fun and enough for our big group! Close drive in to Tulum! The only negative which had nothing to do with the property it self was the road getting to the house has major pot holes and is super bumpy. Overall lived our stay!!!

Pictures Don't Do Justice

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! The location (right on the beach), the amenities (kayaks/paddle boards/life jackets/etc.), and especially the staff (Yobany and Edith) who are the nicest people AND amazing chefs....make this place A+++. The rooms (and beds) are comfortable, the kitchen is comprehensive, there are so many fun things for adults/kids to do. Thank you for an amazing time!! Our family will cherish this vacation for years to come.
